Lids sees it important to play at half-back with our young backline. His personal goals are to improve on his 2010 and moreso team goals.

Whitey is working on front and square work and having clean hands with ground balls.

Jacko loves wearing the Richmond guernsey. Doesn't watch much footy so he askes a lot of questions to improve his game. Early days Kane Johnson and Chocco Royal helped him a lot and now Brendan Lade.
