That's what I was looking for. I chose 6 options only to have a msg pop up saying a maximum of 3. Not a valid poll then imho. :whistle

NUMBER 1 Reason by far is lack of skills, it doesn't matter how much ya blame dimma, players who keep making poor decisions and stuffing up more than 62% of disposals for the whole team, per match, is NOT a coaching error during the game. THIS IS THE PLAYERS AT FAULT.
Even if the coach makes bad decisions to move players or what ever else, and it does happen to the best of them, some much more than others. It doesn't cause what we continually see at Tigerland, which is skill errors.
Lack of coaching during training YES, that is a coaching problem and needs to be dealt with, but I have no idea as I am not there and can't see what is happening.
From what I see on field, EVERY players fails to do what good clubs can, and that is excellent use of skills.
All I want is for every player to have at least more than 80% of their disposals to be effective. At present it is below 40% of disposals are effective. Of course some have better skills than others, but really it doesn't matter, because the times that the best stuff up it ends up having the same consequences, getting our backsides belted.

What about Dusty running to the 50 and spotting up a guy in the pocket on the boundary line so we can share the footy. I call that μαλακιες when the kid can run in take responsibilty and kick the goal.
It seems we are playing a safe brand of footy with very few taking initiative ownership and responsibility and hence that results in a lack of leadership, ability to work outside the square and play with some flair and be considered a genuine match winner.
Two years ago we had Jack, Cotch, Lids Dusty just to name a few now we have 22 blokes in a lift raft bobbing around in the ocean looking for MH370.
It seems Dimma has overanalysed this to his and the teams detriment.

Today we came back from 6 goals down so doesn't that mean the plan b worked?

We have to many highly paid imposters on and off the field at Richmond. Its the poor supporters who have forked out their hard earned over the years who are the victims here.

Bulldogs only had a six day break they were stuffed and just trying to hang on. When the heat was on in the first half we were no where.

The second half was how we usually play which is actually plan A. We don't have a plan B so I don't know what plan the first half was. Maybe it was plan 'operation watch on the Rhine' as we like to push poo uphill.

Ok thanks that explains it I didn't release the first half counted as no plan and plan A didn't kick into second half :thumbsup

If you watched the press conference, Hardwick said he didn't do anything except tell the players try harder.
Even so if you consider waiting till we are 40 points down to initiate plan B then you are delusional about the tactics of the game and the worth of a coach.
