Title: Richmond merchandise 2015
Post by: 🏅Dooks on November 02, 2014, 06:16:29 PM
FWIW I had the pleasure of speaking to a club employee in this area this afternoon and was told that the club is looking into investing heavily in some cutting edge 2015 apparel for players to wear and members to purchase. Basically it's taking some things in a slightly different direction and upping the quality.

Should be interesting what they come up with. I usually buy a new polo every couple of years but wouldn't mind buying some really top line chit at a higher price

Richmond, Western Bulldogs, Brisbane, Adelaide (announced today) and Gold Coast (not yet officially announced but lock it in  ;D)

Once again BLK fail to deliver. All other BLK clubs have their new gear for sale on their web shops but the RFC is still selling last years gear. Will we be in last years gear again until February like this year ? Bloody amateurs

And I just saw the pics of the players back at training in regular clothes. BLK are so professional aren't they WP?

What are you on about. Our players are due back officially until next week. So just like the dees did last week they can train "unofficially" but can't do in club gear

Don't let the facts get in the way of a good moan. Would also suggest you post accurate facts

Firstly, the bulk of our 2014 gear was on sale last November not February

Secondly, Only Lions (guernseys only) and bulldogs have 2015 stock available. Bulldogs because they launched their new logo

Crows stuff is only available to pre-order for delivery in ... Mid late Novemeber

No Suns stuff is available because the deal hasn't been announced

All clubs including ours are selling 2014 stuff at reduced prices. And I mean ALL clubs

Unsubstantiated. If posting about seeing a picture is enough proof then I have some doozies about a couple of the players at our club

But the pic is in the public domain, been in the newspapers, is on all the news websites so it qualifies as being in the public domain.

It isn't unsubstantiated if it's in the public domain.

Well, well, it appears I was wrong.

BLK will sponsor the most teams on the AFL in season 2015.

GWS are no longer with ISC, they've signed with BLK too

BLK now with 6 AFL clubs, one 2 NRL (Storm & Titans), one A-League and a couple of Rugby Union teams. Throw in the international teams in various sports and they are no longer small name brand  ;D :thumbsup

Personally reckon the Kooga/BLK gear is the best we've ever had. They specialise in this stuff and do it very well. Looking forward to this years range.

Just saw the 2015 BLK singlets and shorts. They look poo and what is it with them using the white version of the logo on black backgrounds? The white version is for lighter backgrounds.

I normally wouldn't do this because I'd prefer people to buy direct form the club because it helps the club

But...

BLK are having a huge online sale this weekend, 40% off a lot of items.

For Tiger fans you can get the Dreamtime Guernsey for $66, ditto the NAB & training guernseys. Also on sale are the Hoodies, polos, training shirt, caps and other stuff.

Spend over $70 and shipping is free. BLK's online service is first rate order this weekend you'll likely have it by Wednesday at the latest

Here's the link for the RFC stuff

I'm looking at the coaches jacket for $110 marked down from $180 which sadly the RFC sells for $200 (don't understand why the club does that)

That's a great saving

As I said I wouldn't normally recommend by-passing the RFC store but these are some great prices on this season range

And Cub know you follow the Storm - their stuff is on sale too!  ;D

If folks would like to get the latest BLK range (2016 range)

The BLK on line store is having their traditional Boxing Day sale with 25% off everything.

They have the entire range including hoodies available.

Sale ends tomorrow today at midnight

Much better offer than the Club's discounts on the 2015 range  :snidegrin
