Tap or around the ground general?

McBean & McKenzie will be the best key forward combo we've had since Cloke & Roach - bookmark it.

Current form is Hampson.

Hampson by a mile.
A mobile goal-kicking ruck like Goldstein is a rare thing but primarily the job is to get the tap and give our mids first use.
Hampson is far superior to Maric in this sense. He has a huge leap by comparison.
Maric has a lot of heart but has and will always be a battler. Spiritual leader at times sure, but he's not as capable in the ruck and will always be destroyed by big and classy rucks. At least we know Hampson will give us a better chance and getting the clearance.
Just looks like Hampson can't ruck a whole game. Maybe he's missing AFL-level match fitness? I would be much happier with Griff and Vickery in the team to back him up. Maric is winding down its clear to see. Need to get ourselves a better ruck via trade/FA if we're going to push for top-4 at the point end.
