I went down to Punt Road Oval to renew my membership today (and get a seat in the new stand :thumbsup) and asked how our numbers were going. Although they don't have a total figure they are flat out. Probably nothing new for this time of year but still good to hear. Hopefully we can finally crack the 30,000 mark in 2006.

ive already done my bit, purchased my 10 tickets for next year, not reserved seating but done my bit to keep numbers up. i now have officially 4 daughters(that i know of ;D) as tiger members as no.4 was born 2 weeks ago. if we crack the 30k mark i will stop producing kids :rollin

as no.4 was born 2 weeks ago
Congrats to you X and Mrs X :cheers

Congrats to you X and Mrs X :cheers
Yeah congrats to the X's and congratulations to another Tiger.........
Ricahrd Tambling on the birth of his first child - a BOY called Tyson :thumbsup (see Sunday's HUN - Palmer's Punchlines)
-
Congrats to both!
-
Congrats all round on the births, i cant wait to see young Tyson lining up under the father son rule for the tigers :thumbsup
Hopefully with Richie's missus being an Aussie, he might be tall and have the talent of an Adam Goodes.
I have to also renew my kids memberships, they are already bronze members and are only 2 and half and 1 and half years old. They will be Gold Members by their mid 20's :thumbsup
-
I renewed mine over the phone trying to get seats in the olympic stand.
As I forgot at the time I rang, I got onto the RFC site tonight and got Gordon a membership also, Gordon is our pussy :thumbsup
-
The tribal council has spoken and I am now "in"
Hope to get back for a couple of games early in the season.

Yeah we've signed up our 2 dogs as members :thumbsup Although they were both very disappointed that there wasn't any "schmackos" in their membership goodies ;D

Congrats to Tambo also :thumbsup.
With the Flea's 3 boys as well as Tyson we might have a fair few Father-Sons coming through in 15-20 years time if they are as good as their dads. If Tambo does a Craig Bradley and plays AFL into his mid-30s, there'll be only a year or two between Richie retiring and Tyson starting out :o.
-
thanks mt, wp and all for your kind wishes. i never had the genes to produce any boys but i have 4 perfectly beautiful and healthy tiger princesses and i thank god 4 that

4 Weddings X,
You better start saving now :lol

Do you think maybe the rush for the new comfy seats in the olympic stand may have something to do with it ? Being an MCC member have had the chance to try the new seats and they are a lot more comfy and a bit bigger I think than the seats in the southern.

Thats great news CUB, i am in the new stand and have a dinner dance from work at the MCG tomorrow night. I am taking the camera and hoping to get a few shots of the running track. i think it may have been covered up in parts though.

I reckon you're spot on CUB :thumbsup
When I was down at the Club the other week sorting out the Cubs (nephew & Niece) memberships I was talking to the lasdy behind the counter and she said that they'd been very busy with the MCG seating - alot of people were taking up the option of moving there

Can I predict that 10k members (ticketed) before Xmas may just be a given ;D

sad state of affairs is our membership. Were basically scrumming to get 30k and the pies are now officially chasing 50k.

It's going to take a few years of finals in a row to make up for 23 years of crap. We've never cracked the 30k mark so that's a milestone in itself.
Are the Pies above 40k yet ???. I thought their membership fell this year to around 37-38k? Believing in their own bs again.
-
sad state of affairs is our membership. Were basically scrumming to get 30k and the pies are now officially chasing 50k.
When you consider our lack of success over the last 25 years I reckon our membership numbers especially in the last couple of years have been OK - not great but OK. If we get 30k members for 2006 we are well on our way to building towards 40+k. I mean let's be honest people want some sort of value for money and the footy played in years 2003-2004 wasn't exactly exciting. :banghead In 2005 we saw that things are different (style of play etc) and because of that I reckon our figures in 2006 will improve
As for the Pies - let's see what their figures are like in 2006 after their stellar 2005 ;D
-
If we could get together a good side, Richmond could double its membership base. Ive always said We have the ability to get 50-60,000 members. I think actually I put up a thread about this a fair while back.

My understanding is when CLubs submit thier membership numbers to the AFL they must give Ticketed and non-ticketed member totals.
I still think 10k+ ticketed is a top result so far, coupled with that I reckon the move back to the new Northern stand and people wanting seats there has helped the figure too

Tigers stricken with Tribal Fever
1:40:46 PM Thu 15 December, 2005
Tony Greenberg
richmondfc.com.au
Richmond is on target to break its pre-Christmas membership record . . .
The Tigers set their record of 12,320 ticketed members by Christmas 2004, but believe they can top that figure 12 months on.
At close of business yesterday (Wednesday, December 14), the Club had signed 11,089 ticketed members and 2975 non-ticketed members.
“It is pleasing to see how well we’ve advanced with membership sales leading into the Christmas period. And, it highlights what a great response we’ve had from our loyal members to our ‘Feel the Tribal Fever’ campaign,” said Richmond’s General Manager, Consumer Marketing, Trent Jacobs.
“Another very promising sign for us is the reserved-seating take-up. We are approximately 1000 seat sales ahead of this time last year, which is a fair indication of just how quick our members have been to snap up seats in the new Olympic Stand at the MCG, as well as the top seats on offer in the Great Southern Stand.
“The good thing for those supporters yet to buy their memberships is that there are still plenty of excellent seats available to watch the Tigers in action during 2006.”
Jacobs praised the efforts of the Club’s membership staff in managing the move of more than 5000 Tiger seat holders back into the new Olympic Stand for the ’06 season.
“There are always a few small problems that arise along the way, but on the whole, this transition has been very smooth. The servicing has been outstanding, and we continue to get a great deal of positive feedback from our members,” he said.
“In relation to fulfillment delivery, we always strive as hard as we can to deliver fulfillment pre-Christmas. Unfortunately this year, due to small issues that have arisen overseas which have been out of our control, the majority of our fulfillment will be delivered just after Christmas.
“However, for those members using membership kits as Christmas gifts, the membership staff will be happy to forward out certificates, so they can be presented for Christmas.
“We certainly thank our members for their on-going commitment to the Club in signing up before Christmas, and we look forward to a boom response membership-wise early next year.”

We're about a 1000 ahead on the same time last year so it does seem the Olympic stand has caused an early rush. If we could stay a 100 ahead then we would break the 30,000 barrier.
As for when it arrives. I don't mind when it comes (although the earlier the better) as long as I get it before the season starts. The last couple of years when its arrived about a month after I've rejoined has been out of the norm.

My membership arrived too during the break :thumbsup. What we get is pretty good compared to what other clubs offer although a one-size larger cap would have been perfect (no quips from the gallery thanks :lol).
All ready to go for 2006 :cheers.

The cubs in the bush got their stuff though before Xmas and were happy ;D

They've just been organising the IQ test to separate your pet dogs from Pie supporters:
What's a surface that isn't smooth? ruff
A nocturnal feathery bird is a ...? owlllllllllll
Which animal dressed up as little red riding hood's grandmother? woolf
The late Greame Kennedy's nickname was...? Gra........ Gra ........
Yep your dogs are smarter than Collingwood supporters WP :lol.
(ps. with apologies to the Goodies and Bill Oddie dressed up as a dog on Mastermind)

We're just a few hundred behind last year's tally without the help of the public attention of 2005. Hopefully the numbers will crank up once the NAB Cup comes along.
-
Both of my kids received their membership's on Friday but we have only just opened them this afternoon.
They are running around the house waving their little flags and wearing their inflateable hand to wave when we kick a goal.
I cant wait to take them again this year and see them waving their flags ;D :gotigers

Steven Wright said something at the AGM about aiming for 30k ticketed members and some campaign using Tezza to get us there - but.............er....... I cannot quite remember whathe said :help ;D :help :help

So we're around about the same mark as last year.
-
we need a good NAB Cup campaign. Winning against Hawthorn is imperative. Winning the whole thing is what we really need.
-
A good NAB Cup would provide a short term boost but what we really need IMHO is consistent improvement and competitiveness throughout the year and the next to get supporters on board long term. Richmond people have been burnt many times before having their hopes raised too high from flash in the pan results only for them to be crushed.
-
what we need is to be really good in the nab, hopefully win it and then follow it up with as mt says.....

When we make the finals and look like we will remain there for a few years - they will come flocking back.
All clubs have them (just that we have more) and they are not very good supporters IMO but would be welocme back anytime. Certainly makes for a great atmosphere at the G come finals time.
Never forget the last couple of times we have made finals and coping heaps from opposition supporters about woodwork and all that. After all the krapola Iv'e been though I dont handle that stuff to well at all. Back inthe 90's a mate copped a spray in maccas, he was with his son and this essendon moron started, needless to say he ended up wearing pickles home that night courtesy of the son - LMAO - wanker

Well said CUB. The bandwagon supporter likes to be associated with winners. Until we start making regular finals appearances again they will stay looking on from a distance.
Still no membership - pretty slack when I joined last year :banghead
Better get onto them Moi. I heard the Club had aimed to get memberships out by Christmas/New Year to those who rejoined last year ???.

Probably because we're supposed to be coterie this year, coterie members get treated differently - think i might go back to being a normal member again and get better treatment lol.

The lovely Rachel told me today that because i'm a gold member, components of that package are still being shipped in from o/s - hmmm I believe you lol
I will get my membership card in the mail prior to the season but may have to wait on all the goodies.
Don't need tickets for the preseason any more, which is another rip off - remembering we used to get all these games for nothing on our membership and just paid for finals games.
Oh well, i'll patiently wait as always lol :nope

Does it depend on who you talk to and what day it is as to what reason you get? I was told that because I have a Social club membership as well that was the reason for the delay. :-\

we are only a couple of hundred behind last year. we're going fine imho. we need a nice 6 or 7 goal win over the hawks to keep up the momentum.

Only 100 down on ticketed members from the same time last year so pretty much even stevens.

Interesting that we are ahead in non-ticketed members
Hopefully things willpick up after this Saturday's NAB cup game

Do we still have the issue that was brought up when Rex was found not to be a member of someone donating a significant amount of money to the club yet it not counting as a ticketed membership because there's no game entry component?
-
I would of thought that the membership no's are going ok for now...it would be good if we were over 20,000 ticketed by friday night.
-

Was said at the time it would be fixed MT. No idea if it has been but you'd hope club membership would be a certainty for putting up big money.
I think the whole ticketing break up is an issue (I'll just go and crank up the turntable so I can play that broken record). 8)
Let's see.....an example......oh, I know - an MCC member pays the yearly subscription but wants to also contribute to the club and be a club member. MCC Tigers sounds ok, $139 for entry to 4 TD home games, steep but at least you're a Richmond member. :)
Hold the phone....you find you're called a "non-ticketed" member because you don't have access to finals tickets.....as far as "official" membership figures are concerned you are not included....some kind of claytons member. Insulting rubbish. >:(
The AFL have made the rule yet all other clubs seem to package their memberships to get around it. (or they ignore it)

Ridiculous isn't it :scream
Is it also non-ticketed because it allows entry to only 4 games. I remember reading somewhere that the AFL placed a 5 match minimum for a membership to be classed as ticketed. Is/was our blockbuster (5 game) membership classed as ticketed?

its a shame I dont think we'll get to 20,000 before the end of the 24th of february. I was hoping for us to achieve that number prior to the game. Nevertheless we seem to be going pretty well with memberships again this year...a good NAB campaign should see us pushing into the late 20's (28-29,000) at the least by start of R1.
-
A pretty good result to be around the same mark as last year but without all the fanfare. The Club has now got up a membership thermometer on the corner of Punt Rd and Brunton Avenue.

From Tough Love to Tribal Fever
11:10:19 AM Fri 3 March, 2006
richmondfc.com.au
Star of stage, screen and the airwaves, Mick Molloy, plays a prominent role in Richmond’s 2006 membership TV commercial.
Molloy, host of Triple M’s popular ‘Tough Love’ program – and a Richmond fanatic – is featured having a ‘Tribal Fever’ tattoo etched on his back, while the tattooist (covered in colorful skin illustrations himself) proudly documents his family history of designing Tiger ‘tatts’.
The commercial, which also features current-day Richmond captain Kane Johnson, along with star players Nathan Brown, Mark Coughlan, Shane Tuck and Brett Deledio, plus several members of the ‘Tiger Tribe’, was shot in an authentic tattooist shop in Williamstown.
It was created and directed by Mark Campbell (a self-confessed Tiger ‘tragic) in conjunction with Dave Ellis from ‘Chocolate AVF’.
The Tiger TVC will air for the first time this Sunday (March 5) on Networks 9, 10 and Foxtel. It will run for the next four weeks concurrently.
For a sneak preview of the Tiger TVC, please click on the link . . . (ed: you need to click on the link on the RFC site :thumbsup)

Re the ad - oh dear! Someone on Big Footy said it brought us back to our bogan roots. But not all of us are bogans. And Mick Molloy? Sure he's a Tigers supporter but I could think of better people I'd want promoting the club.
-
Is it just me? Been reading the comments on Big Footy and PRE re the ad and most people like it. And rave about Mick Molloy! Comments like national celebrity and legend and well respected have been mentioned. Mick Molloy would be the last person to entice me into buying a membership. Slobby, foulmouthed blobs are hardly appealing. :chuck

I luv him - download his show's podcast every week, seeing i can't listen to him at work.
I think he appeals to the average feral, Julz - and we've got plenty of them :thumbsup

I see that the Brisbane Lions have roped in Dreamworld's famous white tiger, Mohan, under their pet membership. Seems wrong having a real tiger supporting the Lions. Maybe we should get Sultan, Mohan's son, who's bigger than the old man? Sultan features on the Jupiters Casino ad - the tiger walking over the craps table.

I forgot to mention that Mohan was eating a magpie mascot doll :lol

I'm not sure if they have included yesterday's signing but in any case we're going about the same rate as last year which isn't a bad effort given we haven't had anywhere near the publicity of last year. 3 away games in the first 4 rounds ::) against difficult opponents doesn't help us either reaching 30,000.

i expect that by the end of r1 we will have about 25,000 members depending on what happens v the dogs i expect that we can get to that 27-28k mark, 30 is possible with a good start.

Really hard to judge how we're going with memberships at this stage of the year. In days gone by a lot of the memberships would come in the first month of the season, but these days with reserved seating etc, people buy in advance. Still, i reckon we'll break the 30,000 easy this year :thumbsup
-
Let's hope we can Moi. We're on par with last year I'd reckon but a good win against the doggies before our first home game might give us that boost to break 30k. We should also remind people our home ground is the 'G and as the Comm Games showed what a spectacular ground it can be watching sport especially at night. Get on board the Tiggy Train as Browny would say :thumbsup.
-
somehow we need to try and convert non ticketed to ticketed...i dont know how but strategies need to be developed to reduce this number for the benefit of the ticketed membership total otherwise I think we're going really well this season.

You would hope there would be eventually some transfer as people think about upgrading given non-ticket holders have got in the habit of buying some form of RFC membership. Non-ticket numbers are significantly ahead of previous years.
-
25000 is a good base prior to start of the season...lets hope we get their before the 1st game.

Trent Jacobs interview
* Slight drop off during the Comm games but has really picked up in the last few days. Expect this and next week to be very busy.
* Patrons walking past to the 'G has increase sales at the Tiger Den.
* Tribal fever idea and tattoos - represents supporter loyality during the past 25 years and hopes now Terry and the boys will reward that loyalty in the near future.
* Temporary tribal tiger tattoos available at the Dogs? and Blues games.
* Bolstered reserve seating stocks now that the Olympic stand area is back.
* Pushing heavily to get 30k. Things tracking well towards that figure with Terry and players being strongly involved.
* Saints game - members should get there and in early as the Saints members will be omitted as well.

I don't really pay much attention to the insterstate clubs and their figures because for it really isn't a level playing ground
The Peee Brain Pies would have around 35k I reckon
So I think to be only a couple of thousand behind the likes of St Kilda and Geelong (by a membership folks but who cares if we can't fit you all in our ground ::)) is an excellent effort :thumbsup
To be honest I think there are few teams on that list that would just love to have our current figure as their final figure :clapping

Carlton have only been down the bottom for a couple of years - we've been there for over 25 and they're 4,000 behind us already. Shows what a great supporter group we have and just imagine if we could make the finals consistently where we'd be.
At the same time, i admire how the Dogs and Kangas keep surviving every year on their low base. Wouldn't matter if they made the finals, they have no supporters, but they're still hanging in there.
No West Coast, Adelaide, Port, Brisbane or Collingwood figures.

I was the game so didn't see the tv coverage. Did they stop showing our commercial after halftime? lol.
But seriously last night not only hurts us membership wise but once again on the big stage of Friday night football we put in a uncompetitive display. A neutral would of turned off unless they were awestruck but the doggies blitz. Channel 7 won't be keen to give us any Friday nighters next year if we get pumped again next week which is looking a reality :-\. To keep and bring more money into the club you need to make the most of primetime tv exposure :(.

It's interesting if the Pies are down that far. I think with them down there and Ricmond struggling that its fair to say Essendon are probably the best supported team in Victorian sport at the moment. A fair bit of it is gloryhunting recent arrivals but nonetheless they probably have more support than Collingwood at the moment. To be fair to them 45,000 at TD for what was an inter state v Swans Rd.1 was great attendance.
-
According to Inside Footy, the crowd for the Coll vs Crows games was just over 35,500. You'd have to say that's a disappointing crowd for them.
The first few rounds will be all over the place because the MCG is unavailable at the moment. But as we have Friday night footy, stretching the round to Monday nights is a bit much. We either have footy on Friday night or Monday night. Not both.

That is a good point Tigerspirit but to be fair the attendance was about 4,000 up on the same fixture last year. if you look at the Collingwood crowds the inter states have not really been exceptional and have often been below Essendon's in recent years. Where the Magpies really attract huge crowds in in games v melbourne opposition where both their fans come out and fans of the other clubs come out to see the game against the "big ticket" team. Anzac day, Pies v carlton, Pies v us etc are all huge games nad let's be honest everyone wants to beat them so i think that explains the level of attendances as much as the core pies support does.

We only sold about 400 memberships from the last update...on that trend we wont make 30,000. I urge all of us who have nephews and nieces and or brothers and sisters- if they are Richmond supporters and dont have a membership- buy one for them and help our club get to 30k.
-
We were given the worse draw in terms of attracting members. Only one home game in the first month, 3 games against top 4 sides and back to back interstate trips. Hopefully we can get more supporters on board when we return to the 'G in a fortnight against the Blues. A upset win in Brissy wouldn't go astray in the lead up to it.

1,437 to go. A good win against the Blues would do nicely :thumbsup.

we need to win tomorrow night. A win tomorrow gets us another week of getting members up, if we do that and come up trumps against essendon...i dont know when the cut of is...but we may still be a chance for 30k if it runs for atleast another 2 weeks.
-
We won and the membership area seemed to be doing a decent trade last night. Anyone have any innitial estimates of how many signed last night?
-
You'd reckon we would have passed 28,000 which was around last year's mark.
-
28,279 fully ticketed members
6,709 non ticketed members
473 increase in fully ticketed members from the last update

28,279 fully ticketed members
6,709 non ticketed members
This is a tremendous effort for (what seems to me to be) a low key campaign, with little early success to work off. Congrats to the club, and more importantly, congrats to the people who have signed up.
Is the board allowed to take responsibility for this, or are they only responsible for failures.

My analysis of all that is....
Going Beautifully, Kicking ars, but we can do better...
-
We're going great guns. 2nd best membership year ever and only 769 needed to break the club membership record :gotigers.
-
I understand there are more memberships to be counted from the pre game sales v Carlton.
-
Surely we have to get 30,000 this year.
Go tigers, Fantastic effort
Imagine our membership once we become a powerhouse again.

Looks like its slowed to a trickle unfortunately. We need a big effort vs the bombers for one last push towards the 30,000 fully ticketed member mark. The official website still hasnt updated your figures one-eyed so maybe theres afew more who knows?
-
From memory we picked up another 1,000 or thereabouts in May last year so I don't think we'll reach 30,000 but hopefully we'll at least record our highest membership ever and then break through 30,000 next year. Our non-ticketed numbers are significantly higher so maybe next year we can modify some of them slightly so they get classed as ticketed. The main thing is membership is up which means more badly needed dollars coming into the Club coffars.
-
RFC site is now updated on the figures...ok boyz and girls time to fess up...how many of you work at or have inside links with RFC management lol.

If we disclose that information Ramps we'll have to kill you ;D
-
Doesnt matter anyway, I usually find out when i want to anyway ;D

Hopefully back to back stirring wins over old hated foes will boost the membership past the club record. A win over the reigning premiers and a spot in the top 8 would do wonders now.

down to a trickle now unfortunately, Im hoping we can get to 29,000 members by Friday night.
-
Last year I think we got around about a 1,000 signings in May. So if the same happends this year then we'll break the Club record but not by much.
-
The club should do some sort of press conference and promote the fact that we are nearly at a club record and also very close to breaking the 30,000 members barrier.
Surely with a home game and on the back of 3 wins we might be a chance to get enough to get us over the line and finally get to 30,000.
-
28,671 fully ticketed
6,860 non ticketed
35,531 total
1,329 fully ticketed members to get to 30,000
-
And only 377 needed to break the club record. A win over the Swannies should do the trick.

March's comments on membership from the Age article in the Cubs thread:
The side's second 100-point-plus loss in seven rounds was shattering to the club, but understandable given the number of players out of the team, club president Gary March said. The first loss, however, cost the Tigers at least 1000 members and sapped the club of spirit and energy at the season's opening.
"The first one hurt more than the second one," March said of the two losses of 115 points in round one to the Bulldogs and 118 points last weekend against Sydney. "The first one was, to use a cliche, most un-Richmond-like. It was very disappointing, it was just terrible. And it set the whole year back. We would be over 30,000 members now (the Tigers currently have 29,000), I have got no doubt, if we had had a strong performance.

If you take out the one and 2 team towns, allow for all the Pies ferals who have come out of the woodwork due to their current winning form and the Bombers having a fire sale giving away free memberships with every Pot and Pie purchased at the Ascot Vale Hotel, we're actually doing pretty well. :thumbsup It's called the One pot Screamer meal deal!
All those Bombers members are currently getting good value for money! :lol

LOL tiga
The Victorian clubs above us would be near their peak as they've all played finals or coming off playing finals in recent years. Almost 30,000 members is an awesome effort by the RFC without the bandwagon effect these other clubs have had.

I quite agree MT. Imagine if we played finals this year and with the good group of young players we have, we could push the one and 2 team towns for memberships next season.

New Update today
Members: 29,000
Non ticketed: 6,860
These figures seem to rounded for mine. Members have increased to exactly 29,000 and non ticketed we havent sold any extras. I get the feeling the numbers are probably higher but they havent put the exact figures in.

Record membership for Tigers in 2006!
5:04:21 PM Wed 28 June, 2006
Tony Greenberg
richmondfc.com.au
Richmond has broken its all-time membership record . . .
As at the close of business yesterday, the Tigers had signed 29,356 members for the 2006 season, passing its record of 29,351, which was set in 1999. The Club also has more than 7000 non-ticketed members.
“It’s a wonderful achievement to break the ticketed membership record in 2006,” said the Club’s General Manager, Consumer Marketing Trent Jacobs.
“We have steadily climbed to this point over the past five years, which has been as a result of increased service provision, greater recognition of members and, generally, improving the overall membership experience.
“I think this record-breaking achievement is testament to the fact our membership department has improved in many areas, and it’s also reflective that the Club is headed in the right direction and we have our members’ buy-in.
“I’d also like to take the opportunity to again thank our members for their support.
“Over the past five years we haven’t experienced a lot of success, but our members have continued to back us and this is really appreciated by all the Club’s stakeholders.
“Our retention rates are climbing every year and we look forward to this trend continuing, as we set ourselves to break through the 30,000 barrier for the first time, in 2007.”
Official club membership figures submitted to the AFL close on June 30. So, for those Tiger supporters, who are yet to ‘Feel the Tribal Fever’ in ’06, Friday is your last chance.

when does membership sales officially close?
I'm not 100% sure but I don't think they ever close, it's just that I think you have to get in before July 1 to be able to access finals tickets.
-
Lets hope the club has kept its expenditure in check and they report a half decent profit. By the way, anyone found out he much we made from the Collingwood gate?

Or one-eyed parents lol.
The 4th lowest adult membership is disappointing given those yearly surveys tell us that our main supporter demographic is in the 35-50 age bracket or around that mark anyway. Hopefully for the RFC's sake there's a latent adult membership base just waiting for jump on board if and when Richmond becomes a successful club again (hopefully in the next 2-3 years).
On another note, as much as bomber fans on BF want to ignore it, Essendon's membership is ordinary for a club that has been the dominant and most successful on-field Victorian club over the past 25 years. Their fans have jumped off the bandwagon so quickly :yep.
-
Itd be interesting to get a similar breakdown for non ticketed members...but I agree about the 35 to 49 demographic...there out there just waiting for some success...like my brother who goes to games and takes his kids but he doesnt buy a membership.
-
Itd be interesting to get a similar breakdown for non ticketed members
The RFC must be close to having the highest non-ticketed membership too with over 7,000 and as the only club that publishes them.

Highest AFL membership, highest junior membership and nearly 30,000 members not far behind the leading Vic clubs despite 25 years of failure. I'd like to see another club do that :thumbsup.
Hopefully we can jump ahead of the Saints and Cats next year now that their hype has hit the skids.

Ie: It was summery today and I had my Tiger training top on when I went to coles - This young tacker comes up 'Gooo Tiges' he goes - find this really good from young ones that dont really know what success is like yet. Maybe they are brain washed by thier dads or mums :thumbsup :clapping
