AFL confirms: Sting will perform at this year’s AFL Grand Final.

The former Police front man and winner of 16 Grammy Awards has been rumoured for weeks to headline one of the biggest days on the national sporting calendar but the AFL finally confirmed tonight that he will round out a pre-game entertainment line-up that also features Melbourne hometown heroes, singer-songwriter Vance Joy and rock veterans The Living End.

The crowd only knew the Police songs lol.

Vance Joy was pretty good. A lot better than the has-beens of previous years.
