All winnable!  Especially GC & Brisbane, Carlton, Saints (twice) & Whoreforn ...
 :gotigers
(I'd play Ivan against Brisbane too but I'd also play Nank from chf, surround him with crumbers, put your feet up in a pocket, take it easy & kick a bagful big fella!)

I have got Tigers finishing 7th on 13 wins but the top 4 as GWS, Crows, Cats, Dogs clear all on 16 wins plus so we probably won't finish there unless we beat 2-3 sides we wouldnt expect to beat.
Certainly beats last years effort where the year was all done by now.

I'd say 13-14 is realistic and matches trend of first half of the year.
Like the first half of the year, we have a soft 5 weeks coming up, only the Port game looks like a tricky game.
If we play to the level of the first 11 games, we should be 11 and 5 with 6 rounds to go.

Yep agree, we should have an edge with our speed at the MCG though, SCG may have been another story

The run home: Your club's road to September

afl.com.au
26 June 2017

6. Richmond

32 points (eight wins, five losses), 111.7 per cent
They don't blow teams away, the Tigers, and Sunday at the MCG against the Blues was another example of that. Two big games in the next month – Port away next week and then the Giants at the MCG in round 18 – will give us a fair indication of where the Tigers sit this year.

The run home

Rd 15: Port Adelaide (Adelaide Oval)
Rd 16: St Kilda (Etihad Stadium)
Rd 17: Brisbane Lions (Etihad Stadium)
Rd 18: GWS (MCG)
Rd 19: Gold Coast (Metricon Stadium)
Rd 20: Hawthorn (MCG)
Rd 21: Geelong (Simonds Stadium)
Rd 22: Fremantle (Domain Stadium)
Rd 23: St Kilda (MCG)

its some of the games Im worried about.

This weeks game is the classic stand up and be counted game - win this and we are legitimately fighting for a top 4 berth, lose it and we have the added pressure of knowing if we lose to the saints the following week then thats 2 in a row and right back amongst the pack

For as long as I can remember, when we get a chance to make a statement in a big/biggish game we fail. We had one a few weeks back after the bye and we blew it. It will be the same again against Port I reckon. When you have players like Grigg and Ellis (and Houli usually) that go to water in big games we have no hope.
We also have young kids that barely trouble the stats sheet and it all adds up to to many passengers.

When was the last big game we weren't expected to win that we won? It's pretty bad when that Hawthorn win about 5 years ago is still near the top of the list.

Couldnt agree more. Am very interested to see how we cope tonight

Must be the first time in a long time we've won a game like this where there's been equally so much on the line for both sides. In the past, we've just caved without a whimper. Tonight, we fought and fought on even when at times it looked Port could break the game open. Winning it away makes it an extra bonus. We now need to back it up next week against the Saints at Etihad otherwise tonight's effort will be wasted.

4. Richmond

36 points (nine wins, five losses) 112.2 per cent

The Tigers are in the top four and deservedly so. They have played better for some of their wins this year, but the one over Port was hard to beat for grit and determination. The Saints will test them at Etihad on Saturday, but the Giants clash at the MCG a fortnight after that will be most illustrative.

4. RICHMOND — 8-0-5, 112.2, 36

I have a view that Hardwick is an extremely good coach, despite never having won a final. The Tigers have arguably two of the best three players in the game, but still need to bolster their bottom four.

The AFL nothing short of a joke. We  a one of the biggest dawing crowd and they give the cats the home game lol :banghead a ground that will only fit lucky 3000 of our fans,  just bemusing commen since to play it at a bigger venue with a team with 70000 members. That is really poor management.

6. Richmond

36 points (nine wins, six losses) 105.3 per cent

Before Tiger fans get too confident of a quick turnaround, they should cast their minds back a week to see what the Brisbane Lions did to Essendon at the same time, same place. Richmond remains fourth on the ladder [sic. now sixth] by virtue of a late flourish against the Saints, but the first half was perhaps the first time this year the Tigers simply didn't turn up. The season is too tight for that to happen again.

First we have to make them, dish up the tripe we got Saturday night and wont even make it  :'(

Of the 7 games remaining I have locked in 2 wins

The rest? Who knows....

We can easily win or lose every game. Depends if the players turn up or not.

From the Herald-Sun website ...

6. RICHMOND (36PTS, 105.3%)

R17: Brisbane (ES)

R18: GWS Giants (MCG)

R19: Gold Coast (MS)

R20: Hawthorn (MCG)

R21: Geelong (SS)

R22: Fremantle (S)

R23: St Kilda (MCG)

AL PATON SAYS: Losing almost seven percentage points could be the worst outcome from a Saturday night horror show against the Saints. The Tigers should still be a game clear in the eight after facing Brisbane, a team they haven’t lost to in the past 10 meetings, then it gets interesting. If they’re good enough they beat Gold Coast (away) and Hawthorn (MCG) but if they fall to GWS and drop one of those the last three suddenly look frightening.

5. Richmond

40 points (10 wins, six losses) 107.4 per cent
Given the calamity of last week, the Tigers will be happy to get away with the win against a pesky opponent. Huge MCG game looming against the Giants on Sunday and we'll learn plenty about them then, while their last four games are also tough. If the Tigers make the top four, they'll have truly earned it.
