Next up is Macca.
After missing most of 2016 due to injury, Kamdyn played 24 of 25 matches in his third season of AFL (missed only the round 2 win over Collingwood). His highest rating games were 24 disposals vs North (R11), 22 vs West Coast (R3), 20 vs Sydney (R13) and vs Port (R15).

How did we all rate Macca's 2017?

Still hoping he has some room to improve. Sometimes I'm horribly worried when he gets anywhere near the pill.

Love how strong he is when hes running, has an ability to burst through tackles with ease. Disposal can be iffy, but can also be incredibly good too I noticed.
New role for him this year as he swung through defence a fair bit which i like. Hes a big unit (192cm) and needs to develop his work in the air which the coaches are clearly trying to do now. Having him being able to occasionally play through defence as a tall or medium like Grimes and broad, gives us that little bit more flexibility. Think he has a fair bit of improvement left in him. 50 games so far - will just be starting to feel comfortable at this level.

Thought he had a flat patch mid season; so much so I wouldn't have been at all surprised if he got dropped
His gut running is his strength, his tackling has improved, disposal by foot at times is elite other times it's average at best
Solid year with room for further improvement

Needs to work on handballing and dispodal.
Love it when he gets a head of steam up and cuts back inside, rarely beaten.
Very handy player :clapping

Yes and yes.

Was very lucky to have made the Grand Final side by my reckoning, but having said that, I thought he held his own and did a pretty good job on the day, he deserved his medal. Lots of inprovement in him still.

There must have been times when he was on the chopping block this season. He is a slightly more deluxe and bigger version of Morris and Jake King rolled into one. Agree with the comment that he needs to give us a bit more overhead to bring something to the side, because I'm not sure there is much more room for improvement left with the kicking.
