The AFL website is saying Jack Higgins.
Great expectations: Your big improver in 2018

RICHMOND
Daniel Rioli is recovering from a broken left foot suffered in the Grand Final and looks unlikely to play round one, paving the way for draftee Jack Higgins to make an early debut. Higgins slid to pick No.17 because he stands only 178cm, isn't lightening quick and some recruiters worry he might not have much improvement left in him. However, Higgins won the Morrish Medal as the TAC Cup best and fairest for a reason. He marks well, has great game sense and knows how to kick a goal, and Higgins' insatiable appetite for hard work will endear him to Tigers coach Damien Hardwick.

Shai Bolton and Tyson Stengle would have to be a chance
-
Bolton
Menadue
Markov
expect Moore and Garthwaite to both take a big step and get some game time at various stages.
-
I don't think Menadue and Markov will make it beyond 2018.
Bolton or Stengle for me...

I tend to agree I think... more optimistic about Markov than Menadue but not sold yet

Castagna has a chance to be a big improver. If he can take possession straight away instead of fumbling or dropping the mark he will become one of our top players.
Graham should also be an improver with his first full preseason under his belt.

Corey Ellis. I saw some elite traits at VFL level and seemed to have more confidence at AFL level when called up in the 2nd half of the year. If he believes in himself he will go a long way.
