Deserves some credit for his intercept in the last 30 odd seconds of the Swans game where he copped one in the snout (no free BTW)... I know the captain gave the credit in his post match to Newman but it was Batch who won that contest (despite Newman's best efforts to stuff it up  ;D), perfect decision and offload to Vlastuin... it's a pity people at the minute only remember how terrible he was in the Elim final  ;D

Good call WP.
Great composure in a massive game at a do or die moment. Huge tick for that
He was really solid during our winning streak too. Just needs to add some attacking flair coz atm he doesn't get enough ball. It was nice to see the coach give a run of games.
Needs to atone for his last game but he aint The Lone Ranger there.

Depth at best.
If he is in our best 22, we are a middle rung side.

Needs another consistent run like he had this year. I'm prepared to give him one more year. Often does his role.

Not so sure.
He plays a role in the backline that isn't glamourous but sticks to his task. WP highlighted an example. His game against the a Eagles was very good but he only had it a few times.
I like the self sacrifice to fulfill a role, very few in the team are as prepared.
It's that simple Spud

Would say Jake's safe going by this article on the RFC website

Keep, I've always been a fan of his strengths as a footballer, but needs to take it to another level.

We are a rabble in everyway IMO.
Hawthorn wins it's second flag in a row by 10 goals and signs a AA stuff.
We hope for Batchelor, Astbury and Biff to improve us. All shown next to nothing in 5 odd years. And best af all, we don't want to loose Grigg.
The AFL make it almost impossible for teams like us but we don't help ourselves..
We are a rabble!
They really don't give us much to look forward too when you think about it.
We are all mugs

Neah; plays the man not the ball, is too slow, is not skilled enough, turns the ball over, apart from some good man on man stuff I don't rate him and i don't think he is the way forward.

x 2
x3  another in a long list of mediocrity.

Yeah. He will become a beast mark my words. That tackle on darling with Morro. Batch wants it more than most players at our club I reckon, he will work hard and iron out his deficiencies. Look out 2015.

looking at the poll and im  lmao. sites full of chicken littles.they  abuse the club for not having balls, but when it comes to duds they cant bring themselves to make a call on chronic crap players..
what a weak as pee lot you are.

like many others,  like griffiths the blokes done sfa and the nuffies on here have to defend em.

i can hear you all now. oh what if he comes good lets give him another  5 yr contract to be sure.
and what a yr hes had, a whopping 9 disposals a game cracks in and tackles 2 times a game gets plenty of spoils  with a phenominal amount of 1 percenters  super super quick we see him running down players left right and centre never ever gets beaten and it goes on and on  wins heaps of ball etc etc what a freakin beauty he is.only been in the system 4 yrs and really stacks up well against his peers.

ffs its golden to read we just love our duds on this site.

It must be hard for an organisation to say it got it wrong after 4 years 50 games etc. It is for me too, I hope he comes good but his stats dont stack up.

Easy up clawski - there are about 10-12 players who should be cut before batch, therefore stay of execution - 1 more year

Surely must be on the trade table.
