you cant even explain the difference between a reason and an excuse, even though you rattle on about no more excuses, so how do you mange problems?

Do you expect your employees to sulk for days when things go wrong , or remain upbeat and hope to improve and learn from their mistakes?
“For My thoughts are not your thoughts,
Nor are your ways my ways,” says the Lord.

“For as the heavens are higher than the earth,
So are my ways higher than your ways,
And my thoughts than your thoughts."

All to similar to the Sydney bus trip.when the players treated it as a joke after a loss.buying snuggies and clowing around etc etc.we have an ordinary culture that players have publically stated recently that we got ahead of ourselves .most people on here are completely blind if you couldn't and can't realize this.that's why we are the worst performing Melbourne based club for the past 20 years.and yet again another year without finals.now who's birthday is it next week?? Francis Jackson??
You just keep surpassing yourself with the crap you spew forth.

Nothing like the bus trip at all.

What did you want the players to do on that trip. Sulk all the way home?

You may have some idea about football, but none what so ever about people.

I dont know whether the club has made tuff decisions on not.The proof of the pudding wil be in the years to come. However we could do worse than look at how North and Doggies have been able to play finals football consistantly over the last 20 years whereas we have not.if we werent Richmond with a giant supporter base that has dug into their pockets twice in recent memory ,once to save the club and now to further the club,I fear we would have been dead and buried by now,or sitting on the gold coast somewhere.
I really do think that this current regime running the club (on field and off field) needs to get success,as otherwise i think the future for us might be fraught with upheaval, and all that this entails

Surely there are bigger things to whinge about a harmless wanky joke on the coach.

Would rather see this than read a player revolt against the leather skin.

Yep Lids thinks he is a bit of a comedian .supporters don't think it's funny that we are a failure as a club .we can't even match the likes of the western bulldogs and North in regards to finals appearance .might add.interesting culture at the dogs.don't make the finals, coach gone.he has only took them to finals 3 previous years.

Yeah, great culture.  57 years since their one and only premiership.  There's a winning culture right there.

if the western bulldogs made hard decisions, brad johnson would have been let go 3 yrs ealier and aker would not have been treted so bad

if the bulldogs made hard decisons, smorgan would have been gone last yr too

ffs bulldogs do not make hard decisons

Agree with that last sentence

Doggies made the easiest decision in the world this week because when faced with the truth Smorgon & Garlick didn't like it

They took the easy way out this week

"Oh yes I am a dreamer, I still see us flying high!"
