Slow start, slow to get back to speed after injury, but built up to a magnificent finals series. Was glad the club remained patient with him this year. His Grand Final was superb, the callers missed a lot of his possessions because he was just so quick. The passage of play that he created when Cotchin flicked it back over his head to Jack Graham to put us in front 34-30 was greased lightning.
My main criticism of Edwards is again the goalkicking. He could really hurt sides if he ever sorted it out.

If his feet ever matched his hands he would have been one of the all time greats....

His finals series was sublime.
Justified the rants of the apologists, made the bitchers look like nuffers
