Cooked. What a waste.  :(

Can you elaborate?
"The money might have been better. But, at the end of the day, Richmond showed faith in me. It's only fair that now we're 18th on the ladder, I show the faith back in the club and do everything I can to put them in front. In the end, I'm stoked I made the decision to stay. I f***ing love this club”

Josh Gibcus: ACL, TBC

“For Gibbo (Josh Gibcus), what we are going to do is still take a cautious approach,” Serpell said.

“We are still managing those two significant injuries year on year, and we will put him through some testing over the next couple of weeks.

“Hopefully, we can get back with a more accurate timeframe after that.”

This after last week's report:

“Josh is progressing as well but again, hopefully in the next week or two, we will have some timeframes on him, so we will see them on the training track doing more footy drills as the weeks progress.”

14 months into a 12 month injury still tbc after being told we'll know a "timeframe" for his return in a couple of weeks every couple of weeks since the off-season -  I call bullshyte. #Sorcery&Magic >:(

What do you want them to say? That he isn’t progressing well enough? His confidence isn’t there ? He’s pulling up sore ? Truth is he just isn’t ready yet and it will take as long as it takes

It's not bullshyte as you call it but reality. The bit you conveniently ignore is this "We are still managing those two significant injuries year on year". It is the reason they are going down the cautious path.

I spoke to Josh last week at the player sponsor's function and he explained why they are going slowly I even posted about it and NO he's not my sponsored player

See: https://oneeyed-richmond.com/forum/index.php?topic=33805.msg789114#msg789114

Club is doing it the right way, the player is OK with it & I would think that's the most important part.

Will repeat what I posted last week after speaking to Josh I've got no doubt he will play this year; after the bye

Player Sponsorship is not a coterie..not even close. More rank & file members take out Player Sponsorship than members of coteries. But that wouldn't suit your argument would it....much easier to insinuate Player's are "humouring" their sponsors rather than the players actually having a connect or building a relationship with their sponsors
