2005 - won it.
2006 - 2nd.
2007 - no chance of getting in the top 5, in my opinion.

IMO I think Thursfield has a chance to win it... if he can string a few games together  :thumbsup
And I think maybe JON has a chance too  :)

Like GB, can't see a Tiger getting close to winning it next year. Gibbs is probably the favourite even though he hasn't even played a game yet.

Nominations will be tough also given the strength of this year's draft.

Gibbs is probably the favourite...

yep tend to agree, i know we have our own stars but Gibbs and Murphy in the same midfield is something to look forward to even if we are non bluebaggers.

I think thirsty will give it a good crack but defenders are usually overlooked. Watch out for Connors, JON and Casserly to put up a bold showing if given the chance.

I reckon Casserely is show for a nomination because of his silky skills :thumbsup

Young Jack will probably get one as well because of his surname -  ;D the week his form warrants it he'll miss out the week it doesn't they'll give it to him

they should have a rising star for the youngster who picks up the most amount of chicks in there first year  ;D that'd be an interesting comp.
