gee Smokey how l'm gunna cram all the good players l seen in my lifetime into 1 player
l thought you would have said Greg Williams seeing you couldnot catch him

growing up the style & pace of the game has changed so much
l have some favorites but my best would be Robert Harvey St-Kilda because l spent 20 years of my 43 watching him.
He works hard off the ground as he does on it, overcome injuries & dual Brownlow Medallist & can still be damaging.
great family man who never put himself first before the club he played for

No doubt at all about Richmond best player was Kevin Bartlett in my era & today, l never seen anyone ever read the game from packs like him & sprint away in a era where fitness was not at a strict athletic standard. He had fish & chips every friday night, well most families did in them days it was a highlight of the week. Games were on every Saturday, You never had to worry about him over useing the ball cause he never give it to anyone & he kicked the goals you wanted him too which earned him the tag of Hungry

He has given back to football what he got out of it, which makes me admire the man of his achievements in life. Great Champion
