Title: RFC Members Survey

Anyone else here receive this members survey from the club? The on-field performance section got high marks - NOT!  ;D

Dear MT,

The following questions refer to aspects of your 2009 Football Club Membership
package and will be used to guide the future membership services of the Richmond
Football Club. Can you please look at the questionnaire listed below, and indicate
how well you feel the Club has performed on these aspects. Some of the questions may
seem a little repetitive, but please answer them carefully as they all have a
specific purpose. If you do not know, or the question is not applicable to you, you
should click 'Don't Know'.

Your views are important to the Club, and will help us serve you better in the
future. All members who complete the questionnaire will go into a draw to win a
signed Richmond guernsey, one of two Apple iPod Nanos, or one of two Hoyts La
Premiere double passes. The winner will be notified by email.

It is available until Sunday September 20th, 2009.

Yep, filled it out.  zeros and ones for on-field performance.  8+s mostly for the off-field.   :rollin

Mixed for rating the membership but mostly positive.

Yep, sent mine back yesterday.  Had a laugh at the "on field performance" section - all 0's from me in there. 7's and 8's mostly except for complaints - I had one and wasn't happy with the way it was handled so scored them down there.

Same here  :lol. When it asked about rating our gamestyle and effort shown by the players it wasn't hard to give "0"  :P.
