Title: Crawford on Superfooty.com
Post by: JVT on September 03, 2009, 01:12:24 PM
Someone asked Crawf if he would come down to Richmond, here are his responses

[Comment From Sean]
If Hardwick came to you and said he wanted you to come the tiger's in a coaching role would you look at it?

I won't be involved in any football club next year. I am enjoying what I am doing right now and it gives me flexibility. However, I know a good friend of mine may be considered for a role at Punt Rd. He used to be a teammate of mine.

This teammate of yours who could go to punt road..... it better not be John Barker! We've lost too many important people this year to lose another.

It won't be John Barker. But if this guy does get involved, I think it is a win for the Tigers. But not sure if Clarko will be happy

Thank stuff for that.  We just dodged a bullet.

John Barker is not required.  By all reports St Kilda was quietly glad to send him back to Hawthorn.
