Title: Internal server error
Post by: cub on February 16, 2005, 09:23:09 AM
WTF - I keep getting this error the last couple of days and it is giving me the collingwoods

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, support@netfirms.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Not complaining, but i get error messages all the time - so much so that it's not worth logging in sometimes, only to find that messages you create and post go straight to an error message.  Tis frustrating, but i thought i was the only one experiencing problems, so didn't bother to mention.

Appears a number of people are getting the same error where you need to refresh your browser. We've sent an email to our hosts to sort out the problem.

In the meantime we'd suggest as a precaution to "copy" your post before you click "send" just so you don't lose what you've have typed.

Cheers,

      MT and WP.

Hi Guys and Gals,

We have been told by our server hosts that the "internal server" error message problem that we've had for the past few days should now be fixed.

Thanks fwoy. The site was down for a couple of hours (about 6-8pm) due to our hosts performing maintenance. It then took overnight for the changes to flow through so that's why the forum was screwiff.
