Which guys that weren't necessarily total duds would make you want to tear your hair out?
Probably everyone will say Richo although pretty use to his enigmatic ways by now.
Stephen Jurica and Greg Hamilton in 95 each trying to play full forward but failing.
Stephen Ryan was another who would show a bit one week then do stuff all.
Greg Strachan at FB during the 80's.

Richo has to take the cake. lmfaooooo :banghead
Some others:
Nick Daffy - Lost count of how many times I cringed in the stands because he didn't look where he was kicking. Was going through a period there where he was getting 25 touches a game but he was spraying so many of them that you'd wish he'd get less.
Jason Baldwin - looked a worldbeater at Fitzroy and did stuff all for us.
Ben Holland - You'd look at his biceps and think he'd have be the one of the most imposing figures to ever play the game. Never used his body to his advantage though. Should have been an enforcer.

Where do you start and when do you finish?
Richo – :-X
Michael Pickering – going from memory, although he was skinny, he was courageous as. Just for something different, kicking for goal was his major downfall. You could back him in on the impossible angle, but any easy set shot you’d shut your eyes, even if you were listening to the game on radio.
Barry Young – Coodabeen who never was.
Benny Gale – 1995 final against Ess. Frustrated me no end that day. It left scars.
Rory Hilton – Luckiest man to be on an AFL list. Gets the award for the most unmotivated footballer going around.
Stevan Jackson – There went another unmotivated footballer.
Aaron James – Remains a mystery why RFC thought they could something out of him when others had tried and failed and we couldn’t get anything out of the players we already had.
-
Anyone who gets a bucketload of money and then doesn't produce the goods.
Nick Daffy being my main target here, but really anyone who's played for us over the last twenty years and received top payment. We've hardly had a player that deserves some of the money that's been thrown away.

Barry Young – Coodabeen who never was.
To me Barry Young seem to get frustrated playing in crap Tiger sides as his on-field discipline went out the window when we were getting thrashed. He probably would have been better off going to a top club when he was young. By the time he got to Essendon where he was ok-ish he was starting to get a fair few soft-tissue injuries.

Where do I start - so many to chose from :rollin
Nick Daffy - could not run in a straight line and as a mid fielder he stunk
Mark Merenda - 25 kicks = 21 turnovers
Joel Bowden - sorry but up until 2004 he frustrated the hell of me. I always get down on blokes who are naturally talented and dont seem to use it properly
Kayne Pettifer - see above ::)
Wayne Hernaman - really what was I thinking and expecting :-\ :P
Terry Keays - what a waste
Paddy Steinfort - it isn't actually Paddy who frustrated me per se, it was the club who kept on the list for sooooooooooo long
Adam Houlihan - see above regarding blokes with natural ability and not using it :banghead
Ty Zantuck - I used to sit and think "anytime your ready to play ty let me know Ty" :banghead
Mark Chaffey - I think everyone would know why ;D
I am sure I'll have more :rollin
