People would be surprised how many people fall of roofs at this time of the year. It is staggering

Terrible news, tough times ahead

All the best Molly

Hopefully some positive signs for Molly today coming off the respirator and being able to respond to certain things. Obviously still a long to way to go though.

Reminded my dad yesterday how lucky he was. He had an identical fall to Molley about 6 months back. He fell 3meters from a ladder on a work site. He broke both wrists and arms and dislocated one shoulder. His face was broken in 3 places and had a bleeding brain. He was comatose for nearly 48 hours and the paramedics on site thought he was dead. Now, despite not being able to feel his face while shaving, or bend one of his hands into a fist and requiring brain check ups and a pin from his arm removed, he's back to himself and enjoying a good holiday booze up. With Molley hanging on by fingernails it just made us all realise how lucky we were to have dad with us yesterday for Christmas. It also makes me give my genuine best wishes to Molley and his friends and family at the moment.
