Title: Should daylight savings be all year round?
Post by: mightytiges on March 27, 2005, 04:07:38 AM: Not being much of a early morning person and more a night owl lol I won't see the "extra" hour of daylight in the morning around 6-7am and in any case most people don't start work until 9am when it's light anyway. I always like the fact with daylight savings you get an "extra" hour of light in the evening.

Anyone else mind daylight savings all year round? Obviously won't get a affirmative response from Queensland ;)

In all seriousness I love it - It's miserable in winter when it's pitch black at 5:30. :thumbsup

I love daylight saving except for right now :lol
You can have it all year as far as i'm concerned.

I prefer standard time - light mornings mean plenty of time to walk the dog along the beach before work.

I hate getting up early - wish i was a night person.
But at least now the sun is nearly up at that ungodly hour with daylight savings gone.
Still luv summer and the sun going down about 9 - it should be all year round.

It means there is daylight savings in the Nth Hemisphere.

I fancy seeing some daylight every now and then in London.

Its much easier to see whether or not its raining :-\
