Dooks we need a corporate identity theft button as it is a clear Copyright infringement and a misrepresentation of a registered trademark as detailed below in section 2, paragraph 1 of the Bojangles terms of use policy.  ;D

2. Use License

    Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Bojangles’ web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
        modify or copy the materials;
        use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
        attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Bojangles’ web site;
        remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
        transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.
    This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Bojangles at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

This poll needs to be reset as Bojangles has now changed his Avatar to a legally acceptable home made alternative.

Props to you bojangles for ripping out such a quality piece of original artwork in such a short space of time.

I was only taking the pee regarding the copyright stuff so if you want to change it back, feel free as I won't tell.  :shh

In all honesty though, I prefer your new one as it has that personal touch.  :thumbsup
