Title: Why do we get dud umpires?

After us here (well mostly bg25 lol) were responsible for sending a certain WA umpire back to the bush  :thumbsup I think another demotion is necessary - Umpire No. 27 Mr Avon Lady. This twit has obviously never read the rule book. How can you not pay a free to Richo when most of the game one and sometimes TWO swan defenders were slamming into him not looking at the footy  ???.
