You can't kick goals if the ball takes an eternity to come forward and the opposition blocls all your space.

Not excuses. Just fact. If you watch the game closely our frwards are killed by our ball movement.

Worked harder than Daniher.

Difference is Essendon kick to advantage and they defend well. Whilst Richmond chip chip chip and can't get our match ups right in defence

We have only kicked 35 goals in the first half of each match this year, this includes the 14 last week, gees were good

Post by: Willy on May 31, 2014, 10:22:57 PM: As our deepest forward, Jack's output is only as good as our midfield's. When we are getting smashed like we did in the guts and going forward with no system or confidence then he will not kick goals.
As soon as the dons took the foot of the gas in the last and our mids were able to hit a stuffing target, Jack started kicking goals.
Maybe, if he was was champ CHF (he is only a v.good full forward IMO), then he could impose himself on a contest like this, but he aint.
Jack is not the problem right now.
