I've given up........i would love to say out Hardwick in under 9's coach but that ain't gonna happen.......neither s out Edwards, Jackson,Grigg, Houli, Morris, Hampson, Griffiths......... :banghead :banghead :banghead :banghead
-
Its easy, just pick blokes performing in the twos and drop the blokes not performing in the ones.. A. Edwards, Miles, Stephenson.
Out, Hampson, Morris, Grigg.
No like in for a like out, no match up poo, no horses for courses. Just pick your best performing 22.
-
OUTS: why bother it will never happen
Should be: Grigg, Lennon (looked loss), Hampson, Morris (sick of the falling over at every contest), Ellis
Ins: Miles, Helbig, Batchelor, Petterd, A Edwards
-
Seriously why bother, we are screwed, going but ain't looking forward to it :banghead
-
Wont matter Norf will flog us by 10 goals as well.
-
no changes dimma thinks we are playing the best 22 they just need to train hard. hhhhhaaaarrrgggggghhhhhhhhhhhhh
-
NO CHANGE
-
Players should sue dimmer
-
BTW I'd drop Thomas too
He was Terrifc, just Terrifc (TM)
-
BTW I'd drop Thomas too
He was Terrifc, just Terrifc (TM)
But he had 86% efficiency and was rated higher than Cotch and his dinky little kicks. :lol :rollin :lol
What I want and what will happen is two different things. I think Dumma has alluded to this transpiring next week in his post match presser. :help
Out Griffiths
In Sickery
-
Can't drip Lennon.
Need to play the kids. Don't bring in Petterd or A.Edwards.
Drop everyone over the age of 26.
Who cares about results.
-
no ins will result in a win. or minimise an inevitable beefy loss

They possess the grace and poise of epileptic thalidomides.

In: Conca

Looks like Conca has caught Richmond's potato disease. He really tried hard to avoid it but it's got him. :clapping
It's taken a decade but Lids is starting to contract it too. >:(

OUTS: why bother it will never happen
Should be: Grigg, Lennon (looked loss), Hampson, Morris (sick of the falling over at every contest), Ellis
Ins: Miles, Helbig, Batchelor, Petterd, A Edwards
Lennon probably looks lost because of the way he is coached, leave him in, play him in one position and give him a set of structured instructions to follow.
-
Outs. Conca .Lennon .McDonough .hampson and Jackson
( why play injured players is a disgrace )
Ins ...Miles .Batchelor ,Helbig .A.Edwards .Petterd
-
Big O will come in or Vickery for Hampson.
Miles in for Jackson.
Couldn't care less actually, he wont make many changes unless forced, he is coaching for his career, very similar to what Wallace did. He will more than likely blame a player soon for costing him his job. Just like Wallace did to Morton after the Sydney game!!
-
In: Miles, Vickkory, Arnott
Out: Griffith, Thomas, Jackson
-
Got to bring in Arnot and Miles. Dump Hampson and Edwards.
-
l dont care they are all frauds the lot of them :banghead

I really couldn't give a poo now if Miles comes in or not. That ones done its dash - the fact this bloke was not picked in the first 10 weeks is the biggest blight amongst some biggies from this poor excuse of a coaching team
-

Yep. I reckon leave him in the VFL before another team works out he's good and steals him. :whistle

Didn't Elton hurt himself?
All that aside, I'd play Thomas. At least he tries. Extremely limited, but still has heart.
-
North are going to thump us and the players that are brought in will wear the brunt of the excuses.
Miles should of played against GWS (OR BEFORE), now he will be thrown to the wolves and his self esteem will be shot to pieces, well done to the RFC..great way to bring a player in.... :banghead

It's not about the challenge, its about how we have stuffed his management up...

I have wanted him ever since the start of the year. Should have kept the big O down and elevated Miles. Agree with you on all fronts.

Out Jackson ( inj ) Hampson , Houli ( both omitted and then delisted )
In - Miles , Stephenson and someone else. Arnot / Helbig. Don't care. Anyone but Houli.
Make Matt Thomas vice captain for the rest of the year. He's the only one who tries his guts out , the only one who tackles and the only one who gets the hardball.

-
Edit: Pyramid time is over ppl
-
I'd like to see the whole team that played on saturday night replaced by the whole VFL team that won Sat arvo.
If hardwick wants to find out which players can step up form the VFL he'll know pretty quick by doing so.
I can just see the likes of grigg, chaplin, edwards getting beaten in the 2's doing his same old thing.
Won't happen though.

The Barometer - Round 12
Herald-Sun
02 June 2014
RICHMOND
ON THE BLOCK: You get the feeling Damien Hardwick might find it cathartic to swing the axe this week and given finals are now out of reach, it might be time to make a statement at selection. The question is, where to start. Ben Griffiths was barely sighted on Saturday night, Shaun Hampson was subbed out, Steven Morris seems shot, Reece Conca couldn’t get his hands on it, neither could Shaun Grigg and Shane Edwards continued his inconsistent season. If Dimma really wants to make a point he could send Bachar Houli or Brett Deledio back to the magoos.
ON THE CUSP: As Hardwick pointed out, the problem is there aren’t a lot of players ready to come up from lower levels. The obvious one is Anthony Miles, who surely gets a crack against the Kangaroos after another 35 disposals in the VFL. Ty Vickery had 21 touches and is likely to return while Matt Arnot, Brad Helbig and Brett O’Hanlon did enough to deserve a run in the seniors to see if they are part of the future.
AL PATON’S FORECAST: Big crowd, season on the line, the “big three” of Deledio, Rance and Maric back … and the Tigers dish up their worst performance of the season. Richmond’s repeated failures in big games is a serious issue but the biggest problem at Punt Rd is the lack of apparent effort and passion. Jack Riewoldt has his critics but at least he looks like he cares that another year is going down the toilet. The last time the Tigers met the Roos at Etihad they lost by 10 goals, and that’s when they were playing well.

OUT
Deledio, Grigg, Thomas, Hampson, Jackson
IN
Miles, Arnot, Helbig, McBean, McIntosh
Deledio - he is soft.
Grigg - he is soft.
Thomas - not a future player.
Hampson - dumb recruiting.
Jackson - is Hardwick's pet.
This SHOULD but will not happen.
Hardwick has created a boys club and the "bum-chum" twins Deledio/Grigg are as soft as a feather.
Hardwick plays Grigg as a tagged and is justifying his position.
This year proves how much of a leader Deledio is. What happened to him going forward?
The reason Richmond are they way we have been in 32 years is because of our lack of development and coaches scared of losing, so play there favourites and hope they come through!
I would TRADE players like Vickery and Grigg and gain same picks!
Richmond Football Club: The Joke.
Why is it clear for us supporters and not for you?
Can't we have a decade of success?
Pretenders and fools!
Coach needs to change the game plan as that's the No.1 issue!
Dropping Griffiths, Lennon, McDonough, IF either one of them is dropped, Hardwick needs to GO ASAP, as he clearly has NFI!
Stick the BLOW TORCH up their "you know where" and if they don't respond, goneski!
-
Out: Jackson (inj), Ellis or Houli, Hampson
In: Miles, Petterd, Vickery
-
Deledio is not soft
-
Agree with statement "Jack Riewoldt has his critics but at least he looks like he cares that another year is going down the toilet. The last time the Tigers met the Roos at Etihad they lost by 10 goals, and that’s when they were playing well"
-
I am looking forward to watching Harvey (unless he is out). Last year he beat us on his own. We have no one in our 'team' who can get anywhere near him, speed, passion and talent
-
It's like Ryan giggs
Boomer tearing you apart since 96

In the Mix: Round 12
RICHMOND
Another week, another standout VFL performance from midfielder Anthony Miles. Now elevated to the Tigers' senior list, Miles could hardly be doing more in pursuit of his first game for Richmond, winning 35 possessions and five clearances in the VFL at the weekend. The former GWS midfielder has developed a good inside/outside balance to his game and it could be time to test him at the next level, against North Melbourne on Sunday. If the axe swings hard at Punt Road Oval, Ty Vickery (21 possessions and 13 marks) and Orren Stephenson (three goals and 30 hit-outs) are pushing to return in the VFL. Brad Helbig (26 possessions and 11 marks), Ricky Petterd (20 possessions in a half) and Matt Arnot (25 and seven inside 50s) are also available. Half-back Nick Vlastuin faces a test on his injured finger this week. - Nathan Schmook

What about pushing for Arnot's inclusion
-
Dimma said today there'll be a few changes this week - some forced due to injury but also to reward those performing well in the VFL and to find players that will give us the effort and workrate that has been lacking. I guess we'll find out in an hour's time if the match committee sees this through or not.

On the outer. Tries too hard, actually puts his head over it , wins his own ball, sticks too many tackles and hasn't been BOG yet in any of his blocks of 2 & 3 games in the seniors. Was clearly all his fault we got flogged by Hawthorn. Isn't good mates with Deledio. Dud. Delist.
