Title: New car
Post by: 1965 on December 22, 2015, 05:37:32 AM

About to buy a new car.

Either a Nissan X-trail or a Mazda CX5.

Any thoughts?

Either a Nissan X-trail or a Mazda CX5.

Wouldn't go for either myself, too small  ;D

Currently own a Ford Territory and can honestly say it is the best car I've ever owned, will upgrading to a new one mid 2016 before they end production

But will say I have a work colleague who bought a Mazda CX5 as their family car (3 little ones) and he raves about it. Biggest winning thing in his view is the fuel economy

I think the Mazda is a better quality car personally but that's not to say the Nissan is bad at all.

Agree that the Territory is the one to get though. Very good package and beats every competitor in its category.

Mazda - better build quality, fuel economy and looks better imo.

Probably better resale value too

Toyota is all I can say considering I work for them.

If you want a deal on a Toyota I can look after you.

Picked up the new x-trail yesterday.  :thumbsup

The Territory is too big for our needs, but a fine vehicle.

The CX5 was a bit small but also a very good car.

The x-trail was just right.
