Revolution could be around the corner. When the bourgeois start to take notice and rally. get the guillotines out....

Was talking to a mate about this very thing today with the french example too

The stats don't take into account the true wealth of some people; Rothschild, Putin
it'd be fascinating to see the proper numbers

So are you prepared to take up arms - you know, those evil gun things that those "crazy Americans" love but that you're both so dead against the proletariat being allowed access to? Because that's usually what's required to stage a revolution. :shh

Actually what's required to stage a revolution is a motivated bourgeois, disenfranchised and lacking opportunity to further capital due the impositions from the ruling class. The rest kinda sorts itself out.

...and once these huddled masses are motivated how do you presume they'll actually seize power from the ruling classes of the western military-industrial complex? Via sit-ins & snappy hashtags? Good luck with that. Or do you have a problem with guns but not guillotines? You do realise you have to actually get people to the guillotines first - you can't actually run around with them wielding them as weapons?
Dooks you might have a bit more credibility citing Gandhi as an example if you hadn't also already referenced the French Revolution in your initial post.

I said I was talking to a mate about the french revolution in today's context. I never said I agreed with its violence or that we should be violent. That's your assumption

Who said anything about huddled masses? I was thinking more of a Tasmanian genocide vibe. Everyone spread out, and we just sweep across the country, snatching up the champion capitalists in big hessian bags, and brought before the court of the prols to be handed down lifetime sentences. Give them the hideous dole bludger status (complete with monthly today tonight/a current affair stories) for the rest of their miserable lives. Now theres a revolution I could get around....
