Has anyone on here met anyone from here (or the other Tiger sites) Who goes to the games frequently and where do you sit? I have only met one other, that'd be foxhat from BF, but I met him at the footy b4 here when I flew up to watch a Sydney game. I go to the game when I can, but have only dragged myself to the home games this year, sorta baulking at paying to see them lol, our seats are behind the punt road end point posts on the fence, and....somewhere at the docklands 5 rows back bottom level. That place all looks the same to me, havent actually sat in the seats yet as I gave em up to my niece when we played there.
-
Nope, haven't met anyone off this board.
-
I sit right near you 2JD.
About 4 rows back behind The Stn Stand side PRE goalpost.
Ive met Smasha and Heartbalme(PRE) in pubs after the MCG games.
-
I've met heaps of PREnders. I played in the football game vs the Saints, and I was a star if I do say so myself.
As for OER peeps, ask us again next week maybe. I've got some unfinished drinking to do...

I went to high school with Tassie 27 who on the odd occasion posted on PRE. I've told her about OER so hopefully she'll come and check it out.

I met Julz, her very cute daughter Jamie and brother Mark today.
Down from Qld to celebrate Richo's 200th, i reckon we had the best day. Jamie and i set a new world record for high fives lol.
I was going to write a big spiel about how Julz shamelessly flaunted herself to try and get Richo's attention, but too damn tired - was such a huge, fantastic day.
So great to catch up with you Julz finally after all these years, and glad you got to meet a couple of others from here which gives you a rough idea what we're like :shh
-
You must have had you work cut out as a minder Moi when Richo took that mark ;D
-
It was a tough day overall looking after the Gold Coast's answer to Paris Hilton, MT :rollin
But i had MJS with me, so between us two, we coped - just lol
-
It was great to meet Julz even if was only brief.
I thought i could see her going crazy when Richo took that big mark in the second qtr. ;D
I am sure that MJS would have looked after the ladies in his company :shh
-
Great to meet Julz and her mini me (no mistaking the relationship there)and her brother.
I'm glad the Tigers and particulary Richo turned it on for you Julz....it was like he knew you were going to be there :lol :lol :rollin Maybe we'll have to chip in and bring you down every week.
If you're at the lions game in a couple of weeks, might catch up then.
-
Oh it was such a great day. So good to meet some of youl. Special thanks to Moi and also to MJS for his expertise. What you probably didn't see was at the after game function. I actually got stuck in the doorway with Richo (what a hassle?!) and also managed to snatch Troy Simmonds (what a spunk!!) and Chris Newman for a photo. Also had a nice chat with Andrew Raines and Jamie got Richo's autograph. And we got to see some of the players (Krakoeur and Tambling and someone else) leaving the ground.
Today before catching the plane back, I convinced hubby to stop in to check out the Tiger Den and the Museum. Hubby and Lach had a kick on the Punt Road Oval whilst Dennis in the Museum showed us a plethora of photos on Richo. Didn't have time to watch training but still one happy Queenslander.
:cheers
-
Ah, she's back lol

Honest MT, i did not take you down back lanes and alleys in Middle Park for any ulterior motive lol
Still don't know what was going on there - anyone know why there was fire trucks, cops and ambulances around Luna Park last Saturday night, so many that they had to shut down Beach Road?
A mystery :shh
