Title: Rebounding options off the back line?
Post by: mightytiges on March 13, 2006, 05:36:22 PM
Who do you guys and gals think are our best options as rebounders out of defence?

Joel and Newman did the job last year and both made the top 10 in the League for rebounds out of defensive 50. Chubba also played as a more attacking backman last year. Rainesy and Hartigan seem to be alternative choices this year with Sarge and Razor playing as running talls.

i also think sugar will spend a bit of time running off half back this yr too, he was a dual premiership player mainly playing at hbf, and as campbell spent some time their in his later yrs, i think sugar will too, not saying sugar is at the end of his career but is run and long kicks will benefit our backline. his experience and harder body will help also
