Another fan favourite who isn’t talked about enough outside of his own club’s circles, Foley was an integral player for the Tigers during a tough period at Punt Road.

The pacey midfielder ended his 154 game career with 20.37 possessions, 4.18 tackles and 3.82 clearances across a career that only saw three winning season records.

The Tigers jet offered an unparalleled level of explosiveness from the midfield and would cause a headache for opposition onballers.

Former Richmond coach Terry Wallace labeled Foley as one of the all-time underrated players in the competition, stating: “He was getting tagged by people like Cameron Ling and doing a number on them.”
