The thing that really bugs me this year is that every game there are so many throws that go unpunished. I think a smart team and coach would see this and jump on it. Geelong are the worst but Melbourne are not far of it. Are they smart or are they cheats?

I personally hate it but is seams like the trend that will get you wins. Opinions?

They appeared stricter on HTB last night from the parts of the game I watched. So that's probably the 'rule of the week' we need to watch out for tonight  :-\.

All we want is the umps to apply the same interpretation for both sides. That hasn't been the case in many of our games where we get pinged while the opposition gets away with throws and dropping the ball as soon as we tackle them.

The minute Richmond does it there will be outrage and the Umps would hammer us for it.

I watched about 1 Q last night and there were several HTB ignored.

Yeah there were and they never seem to go our way. The thing that bugs me more is the Throws that players are getting away with. Selwood is the worst but I saw several last night that were not even close to handballs with nothing paid. Its got worse this year and is a blight on the game. They need to start cracking down on it.

It was really bad when we played Sydney. They just drop the ball which is insane
