I'm guessing we'll be keen to play a JLT preseason game in Mildura given our links to the region.
An Australian Football League pre-season game could kick off the Mildura South Regional Sporting Precinct in 2022.
Mildura Council says it has started advocating hosting a March JLT pre-season series match at the precinct's AFL-standard oval "as early as next season if possible".

Is it part of our academy?
Don't think it is, so if it isn't then no chance

It is:
The region includes AFL Central, Central Murray, Goulburn Murray, North East Border, Sunraysia and Wimmera Mallee – the Murray Bushrangers and Bendigo Pioneers catchments.

Clearly Mildura would love Richmond playing a preseason game up there if Peggy is getting an invite to their new sports precinct opening.
Mildura Council aims for high-profile sports precinct launch
RECENTLY retired AFL star Eddie Betts and Richmond Football Club president Peggy O'Neal have been suggested as official guests at the delayed opening of Mildura Sporting Precinct.
