I was born in Brighton Street back in 1933 Both my parents and some grandparents were also born there My great grandparents had a Fellmongery there in the late1840s.

Pleasure to have you onboard mopsy, tell me what was the atmosphere like at Punt rd oval..and were richmond hard to beat there?

It was 1974 and I was a Collingwood supporter (oh the shame) but wasn't really too happy about being one as my neighbour who was the biggest sook (and dribbled a lot) was one too.  I sat next to this girl in Grade 3 and all year she went on and on about Richmond so I ended up saying that if they won the Grand Final I would change to Richmond.  I kept my word.  My children have been told they will be disinherited if they change.  My great grandfather actually played for Melbourne and played in the first Victorian interstate team.

I jumped on the bandwagon after the Hawthorn win this year.

Haven't looked back since.
