Really surprising re Monahan.

Was second only to Conti in the 2020 season.

Cordner forced her out I guess.

Agree Macca

She was a beacon down back in our first season

Hope she gets picked up by another Club as she offers alot especially from a leadership perspective

A few other's I thought would go before Phoebe (maybe that should be "should go before Phoebe :shh)

Yes I agree.
Monaghan was our dominant defender before Cordner and Miller but for some reason she wasn’t as dominant this season.
I would’ve got rid of Sansonetti before Monaghan

Monahan let herself down badly this year. Came back in poor shape and paid the price.

Fair point but she wasn't the only one I don't think

Still think there were others before her that have escaped being under the microscope for their performances this season

Molan saved by the embarrassment of having to admit a huge stuff up at the draft

Good why?

Because she had a twin sister already at the club?

She is no Prespakis or Harrington and she  only average 11 disposals a game

More from the above link:

Richmond can also announce that Akec Makur Chuot has been delisted, with the commitment of being re-drafted by the Club at the upcoming draft.

“We have needed to move Akec off the list for the time being with the full intention of retaining her at next month's draft," Sheahan said.

"Akec has been incredibly understanding and selfless throughout this process, and we have made clear to her, that there is a spot for her at Richmond for the upcoming season."

Richmond currently holds picks 5, 16, 55 and 57 in this year's AFLW Draft.

No because she a good player, tough in the clinches and can play a lockdown role through the midfield. Which is something we need.

You want a Prespakis & Harrington be prepared to give up a McKenzie or Conti and I don't think anyone would do that
