Conti a deserved winner as she is our best player and has been since she joined us. Having said that Ellie might have got over the line if she didn't miss the last two games due to injury.
Also, the fact that there's a large gap after Conti and McKenzie sums up where our list is at.
I've just listened to the President's speech and the Coach's speech
Pretty obvious from each one there isn't going to be any serious changes 
Which is what I was expecting (sadly).
