Caro had a dig at Cornes previously sooking about us and the number of MCG games when we've won games interstate & made the GF again despite over 100 days in the hub.

Cornes replied he never said Richmond weren't a great side but stuck to saying all those MCG games in a usual season is a massive free kick   ::)

THE ONE QUESTION EVERY AFL TEAM MUST ANSWER THIS OFF-SEASON

BY KANE CORNES

Richmond - How do they stay hungry?

Back-to-back premierships are extremely rare for a reason, let alone three in three (sic) years. How does the club keep a group that has achieved so much motivated for more?

“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.

I like him. He often says something controversial but he backs it up and often it's right. Why wouldnt you tag dusty? Why wasn't Dangerfield suspended does he have no duty of care but others do? He's the new Caro just not feminist. Poking holes in the veneer of AFL group think.

I agree.
He likes to raise a ruckus on purpose but unlike all the others he will admit when he gets it wrong.

He also barracks for his former team and doesn’t apologise for it and fair enough too. Better that then an over correction the other way when commentating on the team you played for.
He also will give them a clip when they need one as with the Martin tagging issue in the PF.

He also makes me laugh when he stirs the pot and supporters fall for it hook line and sinker just like KB did with the blues supporters. Hilarious when people get riled up.

The club that keeps giving.

The best thing Kornes did was his dig at Dangerfield when during a mad Monday he tweeted to Dangerfield he’s missing a premiership medal.

But beyond that the guy is a tool. He deliberately trolls everyone is purely antagonistic for click bait reasons. He adds nothing constructive to the fabric of football commentary. Give me Dylan Buckley with his dyl and friends podcast any day because at least they bring a humanity to the world of AFL as opposed to cornes who just says “xxxxx is a disgrace” Every week

Richmond: Underachieved

“Premiers to potentially missing the eight.”

“Enough said about Richmond. They have underachieved.”

Well thank you captain obvious. The simpleton of course ignores that we've been decimated by injuries to too many of our best players all year as the reason ::).

Parody account .

Quote from: AFL great Kane Cornes* (*PARODY)
…has questioned the Australian Open’s fixture after Ash Barty’s tournament win last night “She (Barty) played all of her games on her home ground. That’s an easy run with no travel. Not one away game, not even at Marvel. She’s had it pretty easy.”
