Former federal treasurer Josh Frydenberg has been approached by the AFL as a potential replacement for outgoing CEO Gillon McLachlan.

Lol you must be effing kidding me.

And yet he's so unpopular that he lost his seat I can see why the AFL would want him since they hate their fans and want everyone to hate them back.
