Good call.  Was never a fan of him but he sure knew how to kick a footy.  :thumbsup

Sheparding is an interesting one.

I getting the impression that players are being instructed to run forward with the ball carrier to create an option rather than shepard. It just happens too often to not be under instruction.

well if thats the case then its wrong.

When you have a player i.e Gus standing a metre from a teammate but not doing much by wave his hands around i see a problem.

If they are running forward of the ball its okay but from what i see most times they dont they just go at half pace close to their teammate.

Yes it is wrong Daniel but your example is not a good one - Gus does that by nature, regardless of the game plan.
