Why play Newman in the elim final?
Why take so long to promote Miles?
Why not get some games into McBean?
Why do you accept one way mediocrity from the same players week in and week out?
Do you feel you could improve your game plan?

Do you ever pinch yourself to be coaching a club where an unhealthy obsession with ''stability" at all costs stemming from an irrational fear of the now distant past combined with a blind acceptance of mediocrity from both the administration and a large segment of the fan base due to constant irrelevant comparisons to the poor performances your predecessors rather than more relevant comparisons to the achievements of your recent & current peers has enabled you to last this long despite not having any real success?

The game plan that we smashed some of the top teams and Collingwood with that you said this is not how we want to play going forward, would you revisit that game plan?
