This club is the disgrace of all time.

It's pathetic. Can't even get up for Tommy Hafey.

They aren't been a shadow of what the Tigers were.

All you pathetic supporters of mediocrity can go and get stuffed.

The club is a laughing stock of the competition lovers of themselves.
Prima Donnas that love the look of themselves on the big screen.

They've achieved nothing but think they are great.

What a pathetic excuse of a team.

No leaders no guts no glory.

Just a bunch of softy pussy pansy limpwristed wanna bees that aren't worthy to wear the jumper.

I felt like that after the 1st quarter. We never looked like winning. It will be a very, very long time before we see a successful team.

l have never in my life seen another football club in 40 years of football anywhere on this planet where a player takes a kick & passes it constantly to a player just past the mark. in other words the bloke manning the mark does not have to even move to man the mark again. He must be thinking to himself gee this is good. l'm so stuffing over seeing this l cant watch them anymore & was gone by 3/4 time. l aint watching this anymore & want heads to roll at the club starting with the coach & the president

Very peed off RFC, very embarrassed and will be for a while... Take the arvo off work, get to the G early for seats for mum, wife and kids etc, then watch poo slow footballers in Richmond jumpers play crap slow Melbourne footy against an even crapper side and come away with two twin 5 year old boys who are losing interest in the game because they want to sing the best song in the league at the end game, that's all they ask, dad when's the song coming on. I'm going to have to burn it onto a CD boys........... For gods sake, really thought we turned the corner against Geelong, apologies to anyone in M8 area. F#%£€?€*^**¥#kkkkkkkkkkkk

Sacking him is not the answer ..
Telling him to pull his head out of arse, dropping players who dont deserve games, rewarding good vfl form, sacking blair hartley and francis jackson, dan richardson reading a "how to guide" and the flub giving dimma some wuality assistants is a starting point ffs....

I wont be wasting travel, accommodation, food or any other expenses related to seeing this team play live until they can demonstrate to me that they can apply themselves as a club to win games and win them regularly.

I don't have thousands of dollars to support my family during interstate trips to watch a pathetic performance/s such as we have dished up this year!!!

I live in QLD now, I am on a FIFO roster and to commit to seeing games interstate takes a lot of money, annual leave and logistical planning months out.

I cant be stuffed anymore.

l can tell you fact, Richmond were well busted players before the finals. They lost that game clearly because of injuries. Coaching is the easy part of football. You pick your players who you know backwards in skills & fitness cause its all put in front of you from the many other staff who work at the club. Doctors report injuries & so on. You sit in the office with your miniature witches hats & set out a plan. If you cant clearly see this is a players revolt then l dont know what to tell you. but l know from all the football l played & coached that every AFL player is picked on skills & awareness & these players go short & put pressure on themselves. They are the AFL fraudster squad

Disagree. The squad is average, yes, but I think we had just as much, if not more, talent on the park as the bummers. The problem is that they played with passion and system, when we did not. The coach has to be partly accountable for this.

Players talk birch and moan. Always have, always will.

Jack is clever and knew exactly what he was doing in the media. He didn't get his words wrong he gave a smart arse clip to Dimma about the fact our game plan is opposite to the successful fast breaking game plans of Port, GC, Geel etc. Even Sydney play faster than us.

Players aren't committed they isn't 100% intensity, it has all the ingredients of a infected playing group that don't believe in what the coaching staff are doing.

We can't sack him and outlay 2 years of $$. The game plan needs to change cause the players don't believe in it. It's why we get jumped and why we make confused slow stupid decisions. CHANG IS NEEDED.

A squad is not average when they are pumping a side in a final by 30 pts & all of the sudden get over run like that.
It comes down to less players be able to give a total commitment over 4 quarters because they a injured & their injections are wearing off & fatigue sets into the players who don't get the required rest they need. This also create more injuries to your fit players who are trying much harder to cover the injured players opponent. This allows the other team to over run you & the 1st person you blame is the coach. Most of our injuries are to our main midfielder's & leadership group. It's why we look so bad & is one of the reasons their was a crackdown on injections in the AFL & lower levels like VFL & TAC. Injections should be totally banned in the AFL & allow for more interchange players before there is serious injury or death in the main arena's of AFL in front of 80,000 people which 1/4 are children watching. it will happen if not stopped. ? How many players received injections last night

this average team also beat the last 2 grand finalists of 2012, 2013. That is not average my friend. That is a team who can play football at its best.

the call now from Hardwick is to make the tuff calls. Richmond supporters want to watch good football from players who are no taking a place of someone who could be the next superstar because they are being held back by injured players or imposters who just don't cut it at this level.

Damien make the tough calls for the sake of the supporters.

You could see we were absolutely buggered in the last few minutes of the second quarter. Could see North could see it, could see what Scott would do, could see what Hardwick wouldn't. They only needed to kick the first two quickly and we'd poo ourselves and crumble and that's exactly what happened....

tiga, if we had any chance of making the 8 I would be all over it. It is embarrassing to see they way they played on the weekend and why this could not of happened from round one, there is no explanation!!

I don't want to finish 9th and take the consolidation wins now, it adds no value to next season IMO, the players and coaches were touting themselves as a top 4 team as we all were...look at the way we went about it and now this win.. :-\

I will get excited next year when we start the season off like this and maintain it. In the interim this win offers little more than an empty win and what should of been., We will now suffer at the draft/trade table because of our own fault!!

The only culture problem at punt road is psychological but it's so big there's no cure.

Could someone please clarify if we are still the embarrassment of the AFL

It would mean a lot to me if we aren't.

Thanks

Tell me about it Chuck...

I am starting to develop enormous regret after having the bonfire to end all bonfires in which I torched all my Richmond memorabilia - that was after round 14....I'm such an idiot.

If pick 12 ends up being a star, can we bump this thread back up at a later time?

Who said anything about pick 12, never wanted that traded...

Fess up all, it was a crap trade and FA for us, weak as pee, as usual, will show next year when we bump this thread again after the Dogs and Melbourne beat us!!!!

Who said that I said that someone said pick 12 should of been traded?
I am not fessing up to anything. I would rather no action at the trade than a disastrous trade!!!!!
I raised your 4 exclamation marks by 1 too.
