Kid has potential and showed it. For once we have a young player that showed his stuff from the start. Can only get better with fitness and strength

Round 17 - Brandon Ellis (Richmond): 21 games, averaged 15.7 disposals, 3.8 marks, 1.7 tackles. Ranked 2nd in Rising Stars for total uncontested possessions with 245. Ranked 5th in Rising Stars for total kicks with 183. Best outing was 24 touches, 12 marks, 2 tackles v Gold Coast in Round 16.

Not the worst set of stats for a first year player even if Ellis did tire towards the back end of the season. Lids likewise averaged 15 possies in his first season and he won the RS award that year.

Because Talia is under 21 and hadn't played enough games to be ineligible. He turns 21 in October

Morris is 23 so doesn't qualify
