I reckon the coaches got it pretty much spot on. I had Dusty probably more borderline top 10 and I thought Reece might have got more votes than 115.

Grimes and Foley both missed half the season so they would've finished around 5th-6th if they played the whole year. Just shows how badly we missed them in the second half of the season when we fell away.

After watching that highlights package of Cotch he could win the next 10 B&Fs to add to his two. He could pass Jack Dyer's six B&Fs.

Congratulations to Trent. Very much deserved to win. His acceptance speech was humble which suggests to me he is very level headed and the right man to lead the club. Very disappointed that Tucky did not finish second. Tucky deserved to finish second but I agree that Deledio, Maric and Grigg deserved to be high up in the award. Glad to see Morris rewarded for a very good season

I think there would have been a message in there for all of us but I see he got a vote - would love to know which coach gave him that vote they should be sacked. ;D Didn't see him at the actually count either but will confess I wasn't exactly on the look out for him

Seriously....

Was a very good night, 1300 folks there which was an outstanding effort. Food was OK, pity Myrna's steak was still mooing in a massive way gave "rare" new meaning  ;D

Saw "Big Choco" think he can be poster boy for the Coaches sponsor "Lite & Easy" next season.  ;D Didn't speak on the night, actually didn't move from his table.

Almost bumped into Caro litterally  I was getting up from my table as she was coming back in the room thought she was going to trip over my chair but some clever foot work avoided a "moment".

I was wondering why he passed up the opportunity for a cheap grope.......

Quick summary of the technical issues on the night:

A feed issue between the guys giving us the feed and the blokes in the truck couldnt get the audio figured out.

Silverlight did a software upgrade 24 hours before our event that affected all Apple devices for the video player, AFL thought they could fix it on the fly but they couldnt so it didnt work on any apple devices which, fair to say, was extremely frustrating as it had worked in testing.

But once we got on, I think it looked ok.
