Coburg B&F
« on: October 17, 2009, 11:06:21 AM »
Coburg's B&F was presented last night with Nick Liddle taking out the award by about 6 votes to Tim Clarke.

Jarrod Sylvestor came in third place.

Nic Cattapan won the reserves b&f fairly comfortably.

Graham Polak won the Jake King award for the best RFC player at Coburg for the year. Polly is jumping out of his skin to start training again.

The new coach was in attendance last night and spoke well about what he wants to do next season.

Any chance of us taking him with one of our later picks in the draft?

I hope not. I didn't see a Coburg based player anywhere near potential AFL standard this year. We've also picked up King and Silvester in the past and it's been a waste of time.
