Can I say I have no expectations.

Could go back a little or could go along leaps and bounds

17 possies and a handy foil up forward as a 3rd tall especially as the game went on when his footy smarts came into play. Well done Jack.

Hopefully this game keeps the doubters away for a while. Was a very solid and impressive game from Jack.
Does Jack + Morton = the end of Petts?

Was very good today, showed he can play, but can he find a yard or two in pace, especially his first 2 or 3 steps, somehow he needs to find some extra speed.

he didnt need that extra speed today cos he can read the play and has a fast footy brain. he was excellent and traversed that huge ground with ease, didnt look that slow

from what l seen he looked confused at times
l still have my doubts about him but on a good note he presented & gets the ball more than Pettifier
not sure what position he was playing & l think Petticoat is fighting for his career this year

Petts does not offer anything that Jack, Morton or even Cleve can give us. The only thing keeping him on the list is his experience and his previous position in the draft. He plays as a lead up forward but without the height and can not crumb. Someone like Jack, Morton or Cleve has more height and pace than Petts.

This year will be interesting.

He needs to be played and given a chance to settle in now.

He is a fantastic young kid and has a great attitude towards his football and that of the teams also.

Well done Jack.

A 2nd round pick for Petts would be nice.

riewoldt jnr will be the next o'keefe. he played really well yesterday and ran the ground to provide an extra parking option which petts never does.

good bye petticoat

well done jack

Agree TFL. He can't learn anything more at VFL level because it won't test out his weakness (pace) and he's too footy smart for that level. He needs to be allowed time at AFL level.
