I heard Neil Balme and Derek Hine are maybe looking around . I hope Richmond have tried to employ them.

i'd do it! Balme for obvious reasons. Hine as he built the '10 flag team which was one of the youngest & seemed headed for a dynasty until Buckley dismantled it...

Hiring quality operators would put a spotlight on the duds we have in place and their hirers. In other words - it won't happen.
