Stewart for pick 77

Yet we paid pick 6 for Prestia and pick 24 for Caddy  :help
No we paid pick 6 and next years 2nd rounder for Prestia and Caddy and an upgrade of 3rd rounder.

Pretty reasonable in my book.

Reasonable. That's exactly right, not great

Second round for Caddy is fair value. WHE and Hibberd went for similar picks

I mean ffs did they even try get Jack some help in a tall forward line

Ooh hang on we have Griffiths  :help

Really should be trying to get Richards.....

SEN saying SOS has walked away and Gibbs is staying at Carlton.

Marchbank and Stevens deals done. Still no details for any of these late trades.

T Cloke pick 76
P Stewart pick 77
L  Dunn pick 49 (effectively)
A Black pick 92

Honestly I would happily have taken any of them to shore up our KPP stocks. I mean seriously we could have used pick 56 to get Stewart and Black together probably.

Word is Carlton were demanding two first rounders for Gibbs.  :snidegrin :snidegrin

Gibbs is furious apparently.

More to come I would have though.  :rollin

Stewart & Black good value at those picks...should have grabbed at least one or tried to get Richards....

Heard from a source that when Carlton opened up their negotiations with Adelaide for Gibbs the Carlton opening offer was for pick 13 AND Rory Sloan.

Adelaide realised at this point that they weren't going to get Gibbs for anything reasonable and asked Gibbs' manager to try and talk SOS around.

He must be a world class prick to trade with, hence why Carlton only trade with one club at the moment.

Trading Yarran to us would not have helped him. Now all clubs know he is not to be trusted.
Gibbs is now an indentured servant of the club he doesn't want to be at. Should be great for team morale.
I HATE CARLTON. :lol

Yeh the prick held out with Yarran for 1st rounder last year also. Made us trade a future 2nd rounder in the end. Considering Yarrans issues that was a pricks act. Hope Gibbs now walks out of them.

A real simpleton that will stuff their club when the rest of the competition refuse to deal with him.
