Would not say no to the player in question. Get Rancey to take him under his wing and we might have a decent lieutenant down there.

From the link:

1/3 I've come under fire for first reporting Dustin Martin's manager toured Moorabbin, linking Dusty with a move to the Saints

2/3 Well, it had enough substance to warrant the Crows, believing Martin is gettable, to make direct contact with Ralph Carr

3/3 Boasting a sizeable post-Danger war chest, I believe Adelaide have tabled a 5 year $6M deal to Martin, blowing the Saints offer away.

You can't give an account like this airtime surely?

It's a rumour thread..i.e. - a thread for rumours...it's clearly stated in the thread title.....not sure why people are seemingly having difficulty understanding this....

I think the issue is the shifting interpretation of "credible" sources

Unfortunately, from what I've heard, it's very unlikely he'll play for us at all. Tragic really.

Hope I'm wrong.

Yeah, WAT up with him?

I know I'm late but can I also know WAT the rumour is?

Thread would still only be about 5 pages long and not nearly as entertaining if we applied those standards.... :shh

Jake Niall from Foxsports reports Todd Goldstein will not leave North Melbourne.

Also reports Collingwood have offered Daniel Wells a 3-year deal, oppose to North Melbourne's 2-year offer.

And reports Brisbane are open to trading Pearce Hanley for a top 10 pick. Gold Coast are expressing interest.

Josh Green is expected to leave the Lions and has been linked to Essendon.

It's official, Bradley Hill today informing Alastair Clarkson, at his exit meeting, he wants a trade to play for Fremantle

Sydney have joined the race for Carlton's Irishman, Zach Tuohy. The Swans and North Melbourne are the clubs interested in Tuohy.

We've been told West Coast's Tom Lamb wants a move back to Victoria. No great interest has been shown in the uncontracted forward.

Collingwood's Marley Williams may be on the move this trade period. Clubs expressing interest, Williams reportedly open to a move.

Hmm, could be Lennon and pick 6 for Prestia and their second rounder.

I wouldn't do that.
