The problem was pretty much all his games were near the end of each season. Not a confidence builder.

Alot of his 30 games were in the second half of the season...but last year his first game was round 1.  he was torn to shreds.  carlton had hampson (from memory) on him and continually went to him or whoever was playing on Post as their avenue to goal.

It was not surprising to see him banished to coburg.

At the end of the year he was serviceable without being stellar but that was cos grimes was out injured.

It is a shame cos he came to us with big wraps on his marking.

I remember him running up the wing in one of his first games...looked great...think he stuffed the kick though

I'm not sure it can be classed as a mistake just yet......Post has played twice as many games and you couldn't say McKernan is exactly setting the world on fire

Well you must have NFI then (unless you want to reveal these reasons). Anyone who played 30 games of AFL and is good at VFL level is most definitely above local football. Being from his home town doesn't give you any extra knowledge about him as a footballer.

intensity is not about being soft.

Every level of football you go up the level of intensty goes up.

Post is obviously happy to play football where he can play in cruise mode and have an impact still.

Damn this kid has frustrated me ..he is built like adonis can take a big mark and can thump the ball long.you would think after being dumped by the Tiges he would bust his nut to make a point.But alas he has chosen the option of playing in the burbs
