“For My thoughts are not your thoughts,
Nor are your ways my ways,” says the Lord.

“For as the heavens are higher than the earth,
So are my ways higher than your ways,
And my thoughts than your thoughts."

I'm talking Cripps, Mundy, Barlow, Fyfe size. Guys that can break tackles as well as get the footy.

Our problem IMO is that we cant keep up with the trend of the game.

The years we went bigger, taller players the comp went smaller speedier players, now we nave gone smaller speedier (sort of) players the comp has gone to bigger bodied fast players. Look at the Crows and Sydney players on the weekend, same with the Lions and the GCS, GWS, Hawks, Freo and more, they all have 6ft players that are big and quick.

We have Jack and Vickery, who have slimmed right down and maybe Rance..... :help :help

We always seem to be a year out of the trend.. :huh

DIMMA - You will be held ACCOUNTABLE...

“We are really excited about what we have brought in. We have got great depth of players that can take us where we need to go. We are just putting some cream on the top at the moment,” he said.

The club culture right from coaches through to players seems from the outside to be one of following rather than leading. Therefore as a result we have little leadership within the team and to boot we have systems put in place by the coaches that are copied from others and just don't work with the cattle we have.

We need new people who come with new ideas and who have a clear vision moving forward, a vision that is sustainable and will breed success. Once in place then we go about recruiting players who can execute these ideas/visions, otherwise known as a rebuild.

Well that's my theory anyway, maybe we have as much hope doing this as we would finding the secret to eternal life.

Don't panic.
Only small problems with the midfield.

And with the backline.

And with the forward line.

And with the ruck situation……

OER. Calling it as it is since 2004.
