Nothing has changed I see. Hutchy and Caro b**ching about things they got no idea about (addictions). At least Grant Thomas makes some good point.

No mention of our Fighting Tiger Fund  :scream

The only item on Richmond tonight was a good call/bad call about us not deserving the season opener  ::)  :sleep.

A couple of things about Richmond tonight ....

In their "power analyser" segment Lyon questioned why we didn't lock down on Judd in the last quarter as you should target the opposition's most dangerous player to prevent a comeback. They then showed Judd's goal at the start of the last quarter where Gibbs had the ball on the wing and Judd was nearby with Gus in front of him. The ball is passed to Betts on the lead and Gus and Lids both in front of Judd go to the mark leaving Judd to run through. Lyon was critical of Lids for not eyeing off Judd and not working hard enough in chasing. By the time Lids wakes up to what is happening it's too late and Judd ends up with the footy with acres in front of him and goals. Lyon added it may have been a sign of the Tigers tiring whereas Judd is an animal who senses weakness in the opposition and exploits it. Thomas said it's mental toughness on Judd's behalf (and subsequently we and Lids lack it).

In good call/bad call, the Richmond question this week was "Is Damien Hardwick too honest for his own good?". Thomas said "bad call" as Richmond has had bad cultural issues for years and Dimma's honestly is and will be good for Richmond on that front.

The obligatory good call/bad call question about Richmond:

"Should the game have been stopped when Jack Riewoldt was ko-ed and taken off?"

Lyon said it shouldn't have as the ball wasn't near Jack and it shouldn't have been stopped while Jack was been taken off the ground with help from the Richmond trainers. The only time the game should be stopped is when the stretcher comes out or the play is in the near vacinity of the injured player.

if Jack hadn't concussed himself when his head hit the ground he would've hung onto the ball and it would've been paid a mark. Dumb call Garry! :yep

Did they ask the week before why the game stopped when Waite was down?

The game stopped only when 3 carlton players went over to see if he was ok.

Terrible terrible show, the only one who has a genuine idea on that show and expresses it most times without hesitation is Grant Thomas. All the other three do is talk about things they think they have an idea about.

In relation to the rubbish on Eddie's morning show on tripple M about Brett Maloney.
Thomas asked if a caller wanted to say something about a collingwood player would he mention it on his morning radio program or would he verify it first.

 :thumbsup good stuff Grant!
